Great location. Friendly staff. Only downfall I have is that they don’t honor the 50 mins massage most of the time, it’s always under. Also it will be great if they enforced the mask option. If the guest check off to wear a mask we are expecting our masseuse to have one on.

Very disappointed in our massages tonight. My husband & I made an appointment for a massage; first, they never told us it was $50 more per person ($119 vs $69) for a couples massage. There was absolutely nothing more than two beds in a room instead of one. Why the extra $50pp? Or at least tell you when you make the appointment! We didn’t care about being in the same room, could have easily had two separate rooms. Secondly, despite filling out the form requesting focus on back, telling her before we started that I wanted the focus on back, neck & shoulders, there was very little attention to this area. I also said yes on the form to glutes, mentioned it during the massage & again, hardly any attention & it was through the blankets. My husband was actually told to keep his boxers on – ??? They were also less than 45 minute massages. So we paid $100 + tip for two massages, even though we had two gift certificates!

Went there in early November for massage. They were playing Holiday music in the massage room. Not relaxing at all. Fortunately massage was able to turn it off but no option to play other more spa like music. When getting a massage the music adds to the atmosphere and helps me relax. Having no music was too quiet for me.

Update- 9/18: Hope is no longer there. I got put with Elizabeth who was clearly in a rush to get out of there. I’ve never been in a massage that I just kept wishing was over the whole time. She was so rough and fast, I could barely feel what she was massaging because she’d move to the next spot so fast and hard I was basically numb when I walked out. I asked her for psoas work before we started (and in the notes when booking) but I don’t even think she knows what muscles are what cus she was just rubbing randomly all over. My chiropractor won’t be pleased.

She was unreal and had the hands of an angel. I hope she never leaves because I’ll only be requesting her from now on.

I have always had wonderful experiences with every massage therapist I’ve been treated by. The front desk staff are always so nice and respectful. Now if only the great therapists would stop leaving! Every time I connect with an awesome therapist they end of leaving for some reason
