Jane was my massage therapist and she was fabulous! I got the deep firm massage and I didn’t want to get off of the table. I did notice that your hour starts from the time they get you from waiting area..so get ready to get on the table as quickly as possible. Not crazy about the price structure. They give you a reasonable 1st visit price for first timers then the massage prices increase significantly if you don’t enrollment for membership.

I got this massage for my boyfriend birthday present since he’s been having aching back pain due to discomfort sleeping and working . He’s tried many other places and I really hoped Hand & Stone would be the right one . Unfortunately not . He’s a muscular built and his masseuse was Older and could not fulfill his needs. He got off the table feeling exactly how he did coming in. The whole point was to make the client feel relaxed as he was given deep tissue massage. . The women complaint of being tired and old , i guess she knew she wasn’t doing a good job. He said I give him better ones at home. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismSeveral times I’ve made appointments and have cards written by the desk people and on the day of my appointment there nothing scheduled in their calendar. I will work with manager/owner to get my contract canceled and my money returned. I’m sure that will be a fight.
