The environment is nice and relaxing. The staff was very friendly. However, I just don’t think I’m a massage type of girl. My massage therapist was very nice. I asked for a gentle massage, but I still was in pain the next day. I don’t blame him. I just think that any pressure is too much pressure for me. I will go back to get a facial.

Always great customer service. The therapist are top tier and attentive. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I love for my bed to be very warm before I lay down and most times it’s not. The rooms are also a bit chilly at times.

horrible experience had a 2pm appointment while waiting in parking lot the decide to change it to 2:15pm without consent. when I want in at 1:45. I was told my time was changed. I told the young because of previous appointment I could not wait to be see later. 2pm came and want and I was still waiting. I got my money back didn’t want their Services. they take your money. want to be seen when they ready. not your appointed time. never again

I have only experienced them twice and already know that this is not amongst the best locations. The first time was last month, I was sure that I scheduled an appointment and had a screenshot of the confirmation in my phone but the ladies told me I was not on the schedule and that was it. We sat there in silence for a good five minutes until I said something about my next appointment. Neither one of them offered to try and see what they could do for me, but instead waited for me to say something.

Finally made it to Hand and Stone after receiving a gift card for a 55 minute massage. Had my first massage with Benita Graham, I felt very comfortable with her and her hands are gifted. I felt relaxed and balanced after my massage with her! Can’t say enough good about her. The location was great, clean and comfy. They do run on a tight schedule so BE ON TIME or EARLY.
