We’ve gone a couple times now for facials. Used different people. I am 58 & Mom is 82. Our faces feel great a long time afterward. We both got the foot treatment upgrade. Wonderful for us both because it really helped with our neuropathy. They do not pressure on upgrades nor products at all. Ypu need to ask if there is an extra charge for some things. They didn’t tell me about mine till I was paying at the end. All their people are friendly and personable.

My first time massage was great. The masseuse, Karen, was wonderful as she was able to relieve the stress I was feeling in my neck and low back. She used a less forceful technique, which worked perfectly. I felt very relaxed during the 50 minute session. The lemon-grass oil she used to massage the back of my head and scalp was soothing to my sense of smell and touch.

Dan was my massage therapist. He was great. I really beat up my body working out and he applied great amount of pressure and got into all my problem areas. He checked in a few times to make sure the pressure was good. *Just a disclaimer, I was uncomfortable at first not seeing a female massage therapist, but to get on the schedule in a timely manner with a female massage therapist was way more of a wait then my body could handle. Dan put my nerves to rest. He was professional. So kind. And did a great job! I will for sure see him again.

Critical: CommunicationUnfortunately, my appointment was moved without my knowledge and I didn’t find out until an hour prior and had to cancel. They can’t get me in for another month and only offer in compensation an added option to the massage, not a complimentary massage. Not happy with that but still plan to go the next appointment.

I feel confident in saying that this small franchise does a great job. The therapist are friendly and respectful. The facility is clean and soothing.

Turned 60 this fall but NEVER had a massage. Seemed too…indulgent? But a gift card to Hand & Stone from my daughter sat just over a year before I discovered the Doylestown location, convenient to me and easy parking. When I made the appointment, they asked all the right questions to prepare me and answered all of mine. Courteous, professional and very accommodating. They suggested Jen–who just proved to me that great things can come in small packages! A powerhouse wrapped in a dancer! The perfect balance of deep pressure and soothing lightness. A wonderful atmosphere–pristine and not too over-the-edge with fragrance or gimmicks. I nearly drifted to sleep, but then I’d have missed the bliss of enjoying this. I joined and am looking forward to my massage next month and my daughter is excited to try a facial as a gift. I am a convert! Thank you!
