I started to go to Hand and Stone in August. I had a lot of trepidation because I wanted to get waxing done. Never had I had any type of waxing done. So in comes Shelly. Let me tell you something… she is amazing!!! She made me feel at ease and explained everything that she was doing. You hear horror stories about getting Brazilian waxes but she put my mind at ease. She is beyond amazing and I’m so glad to have met her. Today was my third waxing and I couldn’t be happier with her and my results. I also got my eyebrows done today and will continue to have Shelly do them. I highly recommend her!!! Thanks girl ❤️❤️

I live very close to the Center Valley one but prefer this one by far. Their feont desk staff are a lot nicer and their massage therapists are far superior. I highly recommend Brooke. She uses a trigger point method that really takes care of my back. It hurts but it is way worth it in the end. She recommends add ons that will actually help me. She really pays attention to my body’s needs. The only bad thing I can say is that they book up on massage appointments very quickly so it’s hard to reschedule if you need to.

If you are looking for a facial I would highly recommend Shelly. She is very experienced, educated and loves what she does. She doesn’t force any products on you if you simply just want a facial. If you are looking for product recommendations I have full confidence she will know exactly what you need. She is also very interactive on instagram if you have questions outside the spa!

I just want to start off by saying that everybody I’ve interacted with has been wonderful; the girls at the front are courteous and welcoming, and all the therapists I’ve worked with (more on that in a bit…) have provided me with exactly what I asked for. If I’m reviewing the PEOPLE, it’s a perfect 5 stars! Unfortunately, I have to review the business, which is where my negative review (my first ever, actually) comes in.

I contacted them explaining a desperate financial situation. They told me that I could not cancel until I paid for the month. I was already giving up numerous services that were banked that I paid for and they ran the payment anyway, over drafted my account and left me with no money for food. I had reached out to them and the manager and no one got back to me either. Just ran my payment and then sent me a cancellation. The heck with their customers/customer service/compassion!!!

i’ve been getting facials at the quakertown hand and stone for quite some time now. i have never left disappointed. you can tell the girls really pride themselves in what they do. they are incredibly knowledgeable and somehow always know exactly what my skin needs. i’ve had facials with almost all of the girls there and they’re amazing. I cant wait to book an appointment with the new girls. even though i’m more of a facial girl, i’ve even tried massages there, always a 10/10 experience

Fairly new client, but I will never return. Their cancelation policy under 24 hours does not work in this new environment in how we work. I have always kept my appointments and even taken spots on the cancelation call out list. The one time I call and try to reschedule and ask to be put on the call out list, they still insist on charging me. Change your policy and make it about your clients , not about the the money. You are booked out for months, so you all are not hurting. Sometimes we can’t control when meetings pop up and can’t make it. You just lost a frequent customer.
