They should rename this place to hand and stone facials cause you’re not getting a massage here. I got a gift card for Christmas 2021 to use for a prenatal massage, they called me to cancel because thy didn’t have someone that was certified to do prenatal massages and offered a free facial which was nice. But now every time I call, they’re booked out for MONTHS and if you try to book a massage online it says there’s no provider available. Did everyone quit? What’s going on seriously? And I’m sure I’ll get the same generic review response that every review gets. What a joke!

My appointment was New Year’s Eve and I was actually not very excited after taking me 7 months to be able to book & all the bad reviews. But, my experience was GREAT & Carrie was absolutely AMAZING!! I just hope you work on better schedule availability for your customers.

It’s all a big scam. They never have appointments available and they have blackout periods where you’re not allowed to book. If you’re a member you accumulate so many available services because you can’t book any. Then when you go to cancel your membership you have 90 days to use up all your remaining services or you lose them. Keep in mind a membership is basically just prepaying for an appointment. So you’re just paying for nothing when you can’t book anything and you have a ton of services to use before your membership ends. Then when you manage to book appointments for your remaining services they book one too many so then you’re stuck paying for that last appointment because when they booked them they counted how many services you have left incorrectly.

DO NOT visit here if you are pregnant. They take no precautions for that and completely disregard the safety for the baby despite clearly having on file that you are pregnant. Management did nothing to resolve my issue.

I had a facial and lactic peel at Hand & Stone with Karen. She was amazing! She was relaxed, very warm and professional and took her time explaining what she was going to apply to my face. She took extra precaution with my sensitive skin with the lactic peel applying it first to a small area on my nose to ensure I had no sensitivity. She continually made certain I was comfortable with the lactic acid peel on my face after each application. She spoke about working for Hand & Stone for 4 years now and that she absolutely loves it. Thank you Karen for a wonderful facial and overall experience on my Birthday! 🙂 I will be scheduling again!

Don’t do it!! Took months to get an appointment only to have the message therapist coughing over me for the majority of the message. My bad, I should have just gotten up and walked out but knew it would take forever to get another appointment.. They do ask you if you require a mask and if you state no they don’t require it even if therapist is coughing the whole time. Really she shouldn’t have even been working.. Plus let’s face it, in today’s age there is no way you can relax when this is occurring. I will give them credit in that they did not take the gift card that I had. However, I asked if they could refund half the value. Answer is no. Guess I will either trash it or give to someone. Plus I would give the massage a 5 out of 10 stars. Overall very poor experience from scheduling to appointment.

Had a great experience with a full body couples massage. Masseuse was excellent. I left feeling invigorated and refreshed. The ambiance and atmosphere of the business is surprisingly calm even though it’s located in a very busy mall. They have a great gift card deal going now as well so I will need to stop back in!
