My partner got me a gift card to get a massage because i never do any self care stuff and I came. I loved it. I also joined their membership. What does that tell you? Lol. I had the peppermint scalp treatment AS WELL because I have dry scalp and it was amazing. Smells great too. Shannon was so great with the massage I had. She wasn’t rough at all and I was so relaxed!!! It took me a minute to come back down to earth. Can’t wait for my next treatment.

Tried out the membership here and was disappointed that services usually had to be scheduled over a month in advance to get a convenient time for my schedule. For that reason I wouldn’t recommend it. Services are hit or miss. Towards the end of my membership I found Elena and got 2 outstanding facials from her. She was very knowledgeable and sweet and took great care of my skin. Results were above average for sure. She is a true professional and her facials were the best part of this whole experience for me. If you’re looking for a seasoned pro I highly recommend her!

am writing to provide feedback about my recent visit today. I have been to hand and stone before, so I am shocked about the poor experience I had. My masseuse began by asking if I was comfortable with her mask off, which I said yes to. However, I soon realized soon after the service began, that she was sick. She took many breaks during the service to blow her nose, was sniffling, and coughing/clearing her throat. In the middle of the session, she told me that she had to excuse herself and was gone for over 5 minutes. When she came back, she said she had to use the bathroom badly—-which then became an even greater concern for me as I had no idea if she washed her hands. On top of that, my service was cut short because of this, with no additional time added. She then proceed to place a heat pack over my eyes, and massage my feet. However, after recognizing that she was only using one hand for much of the time, I opened my eyes to see her using her other hand to scroll on her phone!!! I mean come on….is this the standard that we are holding employees to now? This is not only a safety concern in terms of hygiene, but just bad practice and a terrible look for your center. I want to be compensated for this extremely poor session, and will be posting about this experience elsewhere.

I’ve had a TERRIBLE pain in my left trapezius and left lateral for about 2 weeks. Shannon is incredible. I didn’t think anyone could get the knot out, it felt like a 10 year old child sitting on my shoulders for 2 weeks. I went yesterday, woke up today and the pain is gone. I’m so thankful

My Bf got a gift card for me and told me that he called this place and the girl here told him to get this specific gift card for me for a hot stone massage because it’s the best massage they have. I called to make a reservation telling them that I have this gift card. First surprise, the masseuse was a guy. Ok fine no big deal even thought I’m a bit uncomfortable having a guy touching my whole body but let’s be professional. Second surprise, during the whole massage I was waiting for the hot stone to come in but nothing??! When he told me the massage was over I was like….where’s the hot stone? Then he processed to tell me that what I booked was a regular massage. I went to the front desk and asked about this confusion. They said that even thought the gift card value is $89.99 and this is what they state online for a hot stone massage $89.99 I can only use it for a regular massage because they’re training some new people and the person probably told my BF something wrong??! This whole thing doesn’t make sense to me…..so my BF paid to get a gift card for $89.99 and I can only use it for a regular massage which cost $69.99? So I just throw away $20.00 gift card because they didn’t train their front desk staff to explain how their gift card works? The manager came out to apologize and offer me to pay another $69.99 for a hot stone massage. Basically is asking me to pay full price for both of my massage today and another hot stone. So where’s the discount or apology? At this point I have already lose my trust at this rip off place and decide to leave. Most horrible experience ever!!

Great place for a massage when you can book one, but think twice before doing the monthly membership. It is VERY hard to make an appointment and most are made for 4-6 weeks in advance. I was fairly flexible in my times, but still was unable to make appointments unless I wanted to go at 1 or 2 pm on week days.

She is always so professional. She helps me tremendously every month with my many health issues. She always is very conscious of what can make my health better or worse. I appreciate her knowledge and commitment she puts into helping me have a better daily physical life. She is very cautious as she gives me a massage on not triggering any of my symptoms & if they are triggered she immediately will reposition me or try something new.
