I went today for a 50 minute Himalayan salt stone massage. It was the worst massage I ever got and I’ve had many. The guy barely said hello to me. He didn’t even touch my arms, not once. I’ve never had a massage where they don’t even touch your arms once. Usually you start face down and then halfway through flip to face up to continue massage, never happened. He only massaged me face down. I told them on the intake form I like light and this guy applied so much pressure it literally hurt. My neck is so sore now I can’t even turn my left to right. I feel worse now than before my massage. The guy cut it short too. I had a 1:00pm appointment. I arrived at 12:50. He finally got me at 1:10. I undressed and checked clock it was 1:20 when he started and he ended at 1:51. That isn’t 50 minutes. I also had a 10 minute cold stone face massage add on and he was still done at 1:51. He didn’t care. Seemed bothered to be doing my massage. The front desk staff was friendly and nice but the massage was terrible. I won’t go to this location again, disappointing waste of $194 plus tip!

I walked in the place is Nice I started looking at some of the products after I had checked in. I was waiting the guy Came out a couple minutes late brought me into the room. The massage was extremely mediocre there was almost no pressure applied to some spots but then hard pressure applied to others I had told him I had really bad neck problems and that was where most of my pain was when I turn around to get the neck massage it was like I said before extremely mediocre I have gotten better massages from the ladies at the nail salon.And they cut the Massage 10 minutes short when it’s supposed to be and what I paid for 60 minutes. I left feeling almost exactly how I felt when I went in. Don’t waste your money here.

For anyone looking for quality customer service and professionalism, do not seek it in Levittown (I recommend the Babylon location). Levittown denied my wife a scheduled facial after their employee misinformed her about their “corporate” gift card policies. After being promised a call from the owner I’ve yet to receive, an in person visit to rectify the situation was met with an offer to pay $80 instead of their being accountable for their own mistake and wasting our time and energy. As far as franchises go, this one falls under poor business practices. I would highly recommend spending the couple minutes extra to visit the Babylon location where they are accommodating and where I have never had an issue.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is a poor representation of the Hand and Stone brand. My membership is with the Jericho branch, however, I went to the Levittown branch for a package transfer pamphlet. The reps were so unhelpful and snippy. They suggested that I drive all the way to Jericho instead of making a simple phone call to confirm that the credit transfer was done. I ended up calling the Jericho location, the rep there confirmed the transfer was done and that’s when they provided me with the sheet. They would rather turn away a customer than do their job and offer customer service.

Since I notified them that I wished to cancel my membership the massages where cut short by 10 minutes , I could say this is a coincidence but this happened the last 3 times I was there. I am not a complainer but this made me upset when I am paying for a 50 minutes massage.

I showed up for my massage and told me they have cancelled it because i didn’t confirm. I had the monthly membership with them. Also they never had availability so that’s also why I cancelled. Today I finally got in touch and the owner was incredibly rude. I have been to other hand and stones where the owners have been lovely. I had a gift card that expired 12/31/21 (by the way the date of expiration isn’t even on the gift card so it’s impossible to know when it expires). Because of COVID I wasn’t able to go before the holiday but had been trying to go immediately in January. My gift card literally just expired and the owner was not only unwilling to make an exception but was so mean and rude about it. I don’t live in the area so getting to this location is a challenge. I had spoken to my local hand and stone and they had assured me it shouldn’t be an issue considering the extenuating circumstances. Overall, I love hand and stone but I would not go back to this location.UPDATE: Good to know the response I received was automated and after reaching out I learned that they do not in fact want to make it right. Just waste my time. Again – why would a recipient of a giftcard know when it was purchased. They should put the expiration date on the card.Anyways – I would not go to this location.
