I began to get my massages right when they opened up. It’d been almost 5 years and I still have my membership. They have not changed one bit in terms of their professionalism and service. I always feel truly welcomed and appreciated there. The massage therapists are phenomenal!! Depending on your needs and likes you may find any and all are great or you, like me, will have your favorites! I highly recommend this place. It is truly money well spent.

Nice and clean location. Simple to get in and get started. The massage therapist was nice and did a good job. It would have been nice to understand what was going on a little more instead of just jumping into the massage, but I could have asked questions too.

Edit: Be careful. Upon making our appointments, we were told we would be charged introductory prices by someone on the phone but at check-out, day of, we were told “those prices are for members only” which feels like an oxymoron. We even came back the next day to see if something was calculated wrong, but it’s just policy. So that’s the reason I’m here. They also added money onto a 20 percent tip we already added without asking us. Massage was harsh but it’s my own fault for not being more clear when I was in pain.

A few weeks ago I went for a facial with Amy. Amy is great! She is friendly and gives a great facial. I was leaving and I left my sample cream in the facial room. I asked if someone can get it for me, but the lady at the front desk told me very curtly that I could not get it and another client was in the room. I would have liked to be treated better. I called and cancelled my membership. I will miss Amy. I will go back to another location to use my massage gift certificate.

The person on the phone couldnt be bothered with trying to get me an appointment with my preferred massage therapist and was beyond rude. In the meantime my card is being charged quicker than I can use the massage. There are several other establishments in the area and i think I am going to try them because every other time I try to make an appointment here they act like they are doing me a favor. As much as I love the person I go to – it’s not worth the negative energy I get at the desk. My husband got a massage in March. The girl asked if he wanted to sign up for a monthly package. He said no. 3 months later they start charging his card monthly despite him saying no and never going back except that first time. We didn’t notice the charges at first. We finally notice and reach out, was told a manager will call him back and never did. Had to contact our bank. This was not a mistake. Someone deliberately signed him up months later hoping we wouldn’t notice. The manager says “it happens”. The front desk person says “yea that happens sometimes we put you as a membership without you asking but it’s up to you to check your bank account”. How many people are they doing this to? Probably a lot. Do not go here.They have the nerve to reply to this asking me to email when the manager already offered GIFT CARDS after acknowledging someone signed him up without his permission. The replies this business gives to reviews are just for show. I am making a complaint with the state for fraud.

I’ve been getting facials with Kayla and she is amazing! I have very sensitive skin with rosacea and she always takes the time to look at what my skin needs and educate me on the products she is using. Many products can be irritating to my skin but Kayla always knows which products will work best for my skin type. I’ve had both the dermalinfusion treatment and CBD facial that I would highly recommend for calming redness and treating hyperpigmentation. The facials are always relaxing and my skin feels amazing after! She also took the time to set up a skincare routine for me to follow and I have been seeing great results so far. Kayla is very knowledgeable, friendly, and great at what she does! I always enjoy my experience at hand and stone and I would definitely recommend booking a facial with her.
