Overall nice experience. Although on the website it says any level undress is fine as the MT can still perform the services but I asked about shorts and my MT, extremely nice made it seem like it would hinder the process. She did assume me that i would be covered and she did a wonderful job at helping me stay modest lol I enjoyed it alot, nexttime I think I’ll ask for a more firm massage. I enjoyed it so much I signed up for the membership. However, now I am seeing how difficult it is to get an appointment, weekends need to be booked atleast a month in advance. I work during the week and that seems to be when they are most available. I don’t like booking too far in advanced because I don’t know if it’ll be that time of the month or what and don’t want to be charged any cancelation fee. The booking site on the photo also seems alittle glitchy will loading dates and times, maybe thats just me. Hopefully I’ll be able to make the membership work for me.

Great massages but getting appointments can be tough sometimes. Most of the time they’re only available during the day which is a challenge if you work.

Loved my massage. Carmen was fantastic!! She took her time and even gave me some tips on how to sleep to relieve pressure on my back. Very professional atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been going to Hand and Stone Mamaroneck for about a year. I have had all positive experiences. The only con is that if you want to book with a specific therapist, which I usually do, you have to do so in advance, as far as weeks ahead.

Decided to have a relaxing day with my husband and what a relaxing time we had. I had to keep myself from falling asleep. We chose the couples hot stone massage. It was our first but definitely not our last time. The entire facility was spotless, the staff was super friendly and the experience was unforgettable. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

Had a facial by Glenda and a hot stone massage by Carlos! It was amazing! Would recommend this to place to everyone! For a day of treating themselves. Even signed up for the membership and made my next appointment! My face is glowing and my back feels so refreshed and movable! I had a great experience at Hand and Stone this week. This was my first visit to the Spa, and I can’t wait to go back next month. I did a massage treatment and a facial treatment and was highly satisfied with both. The receptionist was friendly, calm and cordial. She even put extra quarters in my meter (much appreciated!) I took the first appointment of the day so I had no trouble parking. I did not have to wait in the reception room, my appointment started right on time. I joined the membership club and received some promotions which was nice. I’m looking forward to a spa day with my sister, and my monthly treatments.
