Recently, this business underwent new management, a result of which effectively cost me, financially and emotionally. First, I was advised by a worker that management was providing false information to clients about certain worker schedules, in an effort to push clients to use their preferred workers. Thereafter, my appointments were consistently cancelled after I made them 30 days in advance. After my last service, I spent a total of 3 hours in time & communications trying to reconcile my account with workers and owners. Further, I requested termination of my contract in September, and I was misled by the owner, Traci in response (who charged me THAT day for another package). Subsequently, I was charged $129.00 for another service, without any credit or courtesy discount whatsoever. I would NEVER, ever recommend this business. Beware.

Had a 1 hour appointment with Diane/Diana. Turned out to be 50 minutes because they allow 10 mins to get changed! Totally ridiculous. I paid for one hour I expect one hour! Further more, Diane was too abrupt. She became annoyed quite a few times when I tried to explain my pain. For instance turning my next to the side, applying pressure, and when I told her I had pain and a nerve was pinching, she dropped her hands to the table in annoyance !! I’ll never go back.

So although my massage from Luna was amazing, and front desk was nice, however the management there is terrible. My husband bought me a GC which he paid $115 for. I booked a introductory massage which was $85 plus I added on hot stone which is an extra $20… I called a head of time and was told that I can use my GC bc the value covered it… when I got there they said I had to pay $20 for the hot stones. They said it was booked wrong and the GC only covers a spa service no add ons. Makes no sense to me bc the value of the GC covered the service. The front desk was nice enough to ask her manager and explain the situation. The manager wouldn’t budge and said I still was getting charged for the $20 or I can buy a monthly package and she would put the $20 toward that. Honestly I was going to do the monthly package until now. Poor business decision… she not only lost me as a customer but also lost my friend who was going to buy the monthly package. It’s the principal. Why do I have to pay extra money when the value of my card covered the cost of my service. Hope Luna who was amazing goes to work somewhere else.

Critical: CommunicationI have never left a negative review before but I’ve had one too many unpleasant/frustrating experiences here. The facility itself is gorgeous, clean, and relaxing. However, the issues started with the management aspect starting from my first massage.My friend and I both go here. They mistakenly put his credit card info in my account and charged him for my membership fee. After many phone calls and even visiting in person, they told me there was nothing they could do about it. They then told me I could just Venmo my friend his money back!That should’ve been a red flag, but I try to be understanding so I let it go..And it’s your lucky day if they answer your calls. I called repeatedly to schedule massages by their expiration and left voicemails. They don’t call back..I would have to repeatedly correct staff members, including the owner, on how many massage packages I had left in my account even though it’s their job to keep track of that. There is definitely a severe lack in communication amongst staff.Plus they gave me the wrong expiration for my massages. So they texted me the morning of my booked massages (for me and my mom) to tell me they were actually expired already.I was called in 15 minutes late and the massage wasn’t extended. I asked the massage therapist why it wasn’t. She very clearly was in a rush or just did not care because she then abruptly left the room..It’s the misinformation, the wasted time on phone calls, and misuse of credit card info that ruins the experience.I have never left a negative review before but I’ve had one too many unpleasant/frustrating experiences here. Today I went to Hand and Stone with my daughter and it was absolutely wonderful! I had such a relaxing facial with Jessica, she was great and gentle. The girls in the reception area were sweet and friendly, it was warm, clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this place it really was relaxing and stress-free. I became a member today and I am so excited to go back next month!
