This was good for a quick cleanse. Jessica was thorough when cleaning my face but I really hoped for a more relaxing experience. The actual spa was nice but not as comfortable and cozy as others. No warm blankets, bolsters ect. Typically during a facial I have also received a head, neck, arm and hand massage. That must not be part of the package here. I would also hope that they invest in more bowls as a great deal of the time was spent washing/ rinsing each dish and brush.

Paid for 50 minutes, received service for 35 minutes which included about 10-12 minutes of dress down and dress back up time. Massage service was very average, hardly any pressure used. Wasted most of the time in areas that do not need much massage even though I had informed that I need most massage on my back. I could have got a much better service at any mall for $20 for the amount of time they massaged. Not worth the price.

I got a massage with Bashir and he was great! I had extremely tight shoulders, he listened to my explanations and he worked on the needed areas. Bashir is able to do very strong pressure, so excellent for getting into those tight muscles. Definitely recommend!

I was extremely happy with the massage I received at Hand and Stone. Annabelle at the front desk was very professional and no pressure. I have to admit, after getting massages most of my life, I was skeptical because Hand and Stone is a franchise. To my delight, Shoshanna, the massage therapist, asked questions and listened to my requests. She also asked me often how was I was doing (too hard, soft etc). Everything was very clean and organized as well. Will definitely be back soon.

Customer service sucks! I’ve had prenatal massages canceled, communication issues with staff, on the phone and in person. Idea is to relax and decrease stress and they get me uptight and furious. Go to Woodbridge or Franklin branch, the experience is 1000% better.

JUST AN FYI. I have worked here on & off for about 9 years… different owners & different staff but the towals they use on your face are the same. They wash them in house & they are the same towals being put all over every other person’s body.

WORST EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. Worst experience. Due to severe thunderstorm called the shop and informed that I will be late. Front desk said that she understand the situation and no worries. Was 15 minutes late. Checked in, changed and then was told that since I am late, he will do upper front only as I have only 17 minutes left from allotted 50 minutes. On inquiry what about the rest, response was, you have to make a new appointment and pay for that. I left the room without service and manager told me that I was late, went into room, changed and therefore lost 50% amount paid. That upset me and I told her to keep full amount without service, enjoy, but stressed I will never come back to her shop again.
