The spa itself is nice and comfortable – good ambiance (except the music can be grating). The best part, though, is their massage therapist Shaq! He is fantastic. He is very professional but still friendly (he’ll only chatter during the massage if I do). He’s very knowledgeable and accommodating to address whatever your specific needs are on that visit (frequently he helps tame some of my MS symptoms but sometimes I see him just to relax). His technique is excellent, too, and he really gives an all-around stellar massage!

Booking was easy online. Lorna was a fantastic masseuse. Unfortunately this location is out of my way but I would come back just to have her again. She has a great pressure, rhythm, and is attentive to the areas you specifically want worked. Couple years ago I had my first massage here as well with a male and I would shout him out too if I could remember his name or knew he was still there!

Upon entering, the atmosphere transports you instantly to a calm and ethereal place, both mentally and physically. It is as if you could stay there forever. The professional of the desk area is 100%. I bring mom here and she loves it and her favorite masseuse Shaq. He is very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate for my mom. She is 81. He exhibits a sense of grace and sensitivity to his craft and skill. Shaq is very receptive to any physical issues that may be underlining mom’s tight muscles and makes us aware that he can work on the area more, with our permission. In total, this Hand and Stone location, I highly recommend for the staffs’ and professionals’ friendliness, professionalism and welcoming nature.

This is a really great location! I have booked here for massages with Shaq many times, he is truly the best if you are looking for a good deep tissue massage. I am a nurse and I have a lot of upper back and shoulder pain and since coming to Shaq my back pain has never felt better. Front desk staff is also super professional and very easy to book and cancel appointments!!
