I had a gift card for a massage and booked one. They told me my therapist would be Karyn. I’m always the one to read reviews, so I checked it out and read an AWFUL review about Karyn. I went in VERY skeptical, but to my amazement it was the exact OPPOSITE. I did not smell any hint of cigarettes. In fact she had aroma therapy in the room that was very pleasant. And I must say, I’ve been getting massages my whole life, and this was the BEST massage I EVER got. Not only did she listen to my concerns on my problem areas, but she focused on them and everything else AMAZINGLY. I felt totally relaxed when I left like I had a new body. I would DEFINITELY request her again and will from now on. Karyn you are the greatest by far and thank you for your wonderful service.

I had a massage today with Karen and it was a terrible experience. First off she smelled terribly of cigarettes which was hard to relax with, then while I was getting massages I had to ask her if she fell asleep because while massaging she would stop for a few seconds and then continue again. She was probably on that arm for 10 min of a 50 minute massage. I am a mother of 2 and was looking forward to getting a little pampered. Wasn’t just a disappointment, I had to pay over 100 dollars for this. Just awful. I will never go back here. Terrible experience

I was running 10 minutes late, called the front staff, and they communicated this to Andrea. Andrea was accommodating to my needs, and was still able to give me a relaxing full-body massage even though we lost some time. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The massage I received from Andrea felt incredible. I received a Swedish massage at this location on December 20, 2021 with Andrea, and I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and treatment I received there. I was running 10 minutes late, called the front staff, and they communicated this to Andrea. I’ve been a member for about 6 months and found front desk staff and manager to be most helpful. Entire setting and staff geared toward first class customer service. Had a facial yesterday with Tanya. She was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend this spa and estheticians for facials (I haven’t experienced massages as I don’t do massages but have heard good things.)

If you were in pain, or simply just need to relax this is the place to go! The management the staff and the masseuses are excellent. The front desk staff is always kind and courteous, making you feel welcome. Followed up by their excellent masseuse staff that knows exactly what they’re doing and how to make you feel great.
