The management is non -existing in this place. I have received amazing facials from Nora so it is shameful that they will be losing a customer because of management. I had an appointment that I had to cancel. I called 2 hours before, no one answered I left a message that I could not make it because I am a nurse and I was called in to work. I was charged $35 anyway. Ok- a policy is a policy. However, I called three times to speak to the manager and I was told she will call me back and never did. How do you treat customers like this? This place needs a new manager. You lost a customer and all you had to do was to return a call-that’s basic customer service the manager clearly lacks. I will take my business to a different location.

I’ve been a hand and stone member for 11 years (at other locations). This is the only location where if you call, you’re lucky if someone answers and no one calls back if you leave a message. I once called 9 times to make an appt and no one called back.

Very rude customer service, can’t get an appointment for at LEAST 2 weeks every single time so I asked to plz cancel my membership….(wasn’t looking4 a refund, just to cancel any further billing to a place I can barely get an app at).looks like I will have to jump through hoops to do so which I do not understand!!! Went to make an appointment at another location (very diff experience, they were nice&helpful) to find out the card on file expired & was Informed the organization should have called me but they did not so I was unaware!! So I’m hoping now my membership is just done and I will take my losses on the sessions I could not book do to there unavailable appointments!!! I believe Hand and Stone is good just NOT this particular location!
