When trying to book online, it i would be getting a discount as a first time client. When all was said and done, that discount was only good if I signed up for a paid subscription. I wasn’t made aware of this until after I had already gotten the massage. If I had known, I would have went elsewhere. Also, my appointment was for 2:15.. when the massage was over, I looked at the clock and it was only 3. Why did I pay for an hour and only get 45 minutes? I’ll go to an Asian hole in the wall next time and pay 50 bucks for a better massage. Don’t get finessed like I did lol.

Massage therapists are great, professional & accommodating. Place is super clean. Cons: the hard sell at the front desk- upgrades, joining the club & leaving the tip on your cc, ( before the massage). Prices got very high.

Poor, poor, poor! I have been a member of hand and stone for years(8+). I stopped being a member approx 10 months ago because the standards have fallen SO low it was terrible! That being said, I was given a giftcard and said, let me try again! Maybe it is better…?

Was soooo disappointed with the way I was treated/ spoken to. All I did was ask if I’m getting my full 50 min for the facial cuz I waited almost 5 min till she came into the room. And the attitude she gave me she was practically yelling at me! Horrible to treat people like that! I won’t return!

Service is good. Most of the therapists are great. Be aware, when you decide to cancel your subscription, they start making problems. Only a supervisor can cancel & it takes a few days to hear back from a supervisor. I had them charge me for my subscription during the time while I was waiting to hear back from the supervisor. The supervisor told me that you need to give a 30 day notice if you’d like to cancel.. Keep it in mind before you subscribe.

Have been a member for about 5 years. They moved two doors down from original location. It’s a very inviting and serine atmosphere, clean and tastefully decorated. The staff are very friendly and professional, I enjoy my time there very much. My favorite maseus April is the best, there are others that I see have clients who are just as biased as I am though. Get very relaxed, sometimes fall asleep. Wish they would bring back the flutes though.

I usually go to the hand and stone in howell, it’s my moms go to location and she sometimes gives me her monthly massage. This was my first time at the brick location and it was lovely. The staff were very helpful and chatty. I took my friend for her first massage and they were very good at making her feel comfortable. I went for the membership, I’m curious to see how it goes! If they have the coconut or elderberry water, drink it ! It’s so refreshing !!!
