I wouldn’t even give this place a star. I tested positive for covid and had to cancel 22 hours prior to my appointment and they still had to charge me because I was taking up that time and the provider still had to get paid… pretty sure they would be able to fill that time pretty quick as they claim they are always busy. I requested to cancel my membership but never got the paperwork but yet they were so quick to charge my card before I can even hang up the phone. I will take my business elsewhere. Unprofessional.

My massage was not good at all. It was as if the person never did a massage before. My facial was horrible because the esthetician put something on my face that burnt my skin on my face. Trying to talk to management was a hassle & when I did get a chance to speak to her she was very nonchalant about the situation as if she didn’t care my face was burnt.

Not an amazing experience, absolutely hilarious they have a “panic button” under all the massage beds which everyone tells you about at great length both when you check in and in the room, definitely a first for me. I did all the paperwork online, though to my surprise more paperwork to sign on their tablet when I arrived as well.

Abby explained everything that was to be done and also when doing. It was the best facial I ever had. Skin was glowing. I felt rejuvenated. I will definitely return to this location.
