I am a pregnant woman and I had a really unhappy time getting a prenatal massage here today. First I called right before my appointment to ask what store they were next to and instead of answering my question, the woman on the phone kept apologizing and trying to schedule an appointment for me (which I didn’t need.) I had to ask the same question three times before she actually listened and then registered what I was saying. The masseuse did not do a good job and massaged my left arm twice. When she ended the massage and I asked if she would massage my right arm I got a super weird response. I couldn’t wait to get out of there and since I already paid with my card I went straight home after the massage. The front desk people were busy and I didn’t want further interaction with them so I didn’t say anything to them on my way out. But this meant that they saw cause to call me several times and then berate me once I called them back. The person on the phone kept saying they needed my permission to charge my card which I assured them they had, but she wouldn’t stop. I hope no one else has an awful experience like me when simply trying to get a massage for pain relief.

Great massage. Nataliya is an excellent massage therapist. She is very professional, friendly and courteous. I get really bad lower back pain and after my session it is mostly gone. Would definitely recommend.

Just got done having a $154 facial. I’m so disappointed how it was not worth the money I spent. I still left her $15 tip. No shoulder massage no face massage. Wait maybe 2 mins face massage. It was putting on products and wiping it. I Was not relaxed. Face Steamer smelled like Odor. Couldn’t switched it for any other one. Her personality was pleasant but the job she did was not what I’m used to getting. Started at 2:20pm and finished at 3pm. I’m actually mad and I was supposed to be relaxed after I left. This is not fare. Please hire people who enjoy doing the job and experienced. How Am I supposed to know who is experienced or not?

I am literally kicking myself for not taking the negative reviews on this place more seriously. When I say they have THE WORST customer service, that is truly an understatement. I had to terminate my membership during my last trimester in pregnancy because my OB did not want me getting a massage. She wanted me to wait till post delivery to get clearance to go back. When I discussed this with the receptionist she told me I would have 90 days to use the remaining services after cancellation. Before I cancelled I told her this wouldn’t be possible because I wouldn’t have clearance from my doc yet. She informed me she would make a note and this would be an exception. Fast forward to postpartum and being cleared by the OB, I call to try to use my remaining services and of course no record of this in my chart. I ask to speak to a manager – oh she will call you back. This went on for 2 weeks and I called 3 times. Finalllly I speak to someone who says oh I deal with clients in regards to these issues. Oh ok, are you the manager? No, but I deal with these issues. Literally had no idea what she was talking about nor did she give the phone to the manager. Definitely reporting them the better business bureau and to hand and stone headquarters. Thanks for lying and being completely unprofessional.

This is the worst place I have ever been to. Highly unprofessional frauds who will take your credit card details and sell you a membership and keep charging $75 every month without informing. I have called them to cancel and they never informed me to sign any form and mentioned the membership has been cancelled.

Had the pleasure of working with my esthetician, Ashley Flood, for about a year before I had to move and she was definitely THE BEST thing that happened for my skin care! Ashley is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She kept consistent notes about my skincare from every visit and was a great resource for my skincare regimen between visits. She is so friendly and will definitely take great care of your skin!
