This place would be great but I gave 2 stars because the customer service is unpleasant and very unprofessional, and the unaccommodating cancellation policy sucks. The day I went in to cancel my membership I was fed up. All 3 girls was jus sitting at the front desk looking miserable with frowned up faces. They had been calling leaving inappropriate voicemails smh I pay too much money a month to put up with such disgraceful behavior. I had no problem with my facials or massages they were great. Another major problem is your irrational cancellation policy. Definitely needs revision, a few times my massages was canceled last minute for whatever reason, and I had waited a month already and was rescheduled for another month appointment (inconsiderate) If the customer cancel for whatever reason they will charge you for your service anyway. They don’t care why you can’t make it… It’s all about Money and Hand & Stone.

This was my first massage and it was gifted to me. Did not know what to expect. I was given an older lady who was very nice at first , told me i could get unchanged as i saw fit and was comfortable with and then before the massage began, she became visibly irritated I was not fully naked to the point she blew out her breath and smacked her leg. I told her i had a body suit on and just pulled the spagetti straps down past my arm pits and she almost aggressively told me “why, you’re underneath a blanket” Then, I had forgotten to take my necklace off, and she again was visibly irritated. I could give a better massage with how long I’ve been out of the game. Sells false services, very pushy for membership. I had asked for rolfing which multiple sales women said they did and were skilled in.After the worst massage I’ve ever received, i reminded the same sales woman that I had signed up for rolfing and she looked at me and basically said she didnt know what I was talking about. Extremely poor attitude, went from nice to snobby just because I wouldnt get a monthly membership which had been pushed on me throughout my wait.

Would not recommend going here. Their policies are too strict. You could have a death in the family and try and cancel your appointment and they would say you can’t cancel and charge you for the service anyways! Or in my case I’m in nursing school and had trouble finding time for a massage. I go to cancel and they tell me I have only 90 days to use my 4 services. I ask for a simple extension and they refused. So then I had to pay $20 to transfer 2 of my services. Money money money. They are unaccommodating and unsympathetic. Management does not care you about you they only care about your money. Take your business elsewhere! Trust me. Read the other reviews.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityTo start off trying to make reservations on the previous day the lady on the phone was extremely rude and didn’t seem interesting in taking the reservation. Finally booked it for my 19 y/o niece who has never had a massage. Arriving the atmosphere was very very nice as in the front desk waiting area, furniture etc…Stone facade was pleasing. Her LMT comes out, she walks out w her hair pulled up with a huge hickey on the left side of her neck. The gal is a big gal, and huge hickey on the L side of her neck, no attempt to try and cover it. They were sure serious about sweeping the floor when people were around but did nothing to sanitize the chairs clients sat in. Massage started at 1100, she came out dressed at 1154. Not a mathematician but 60 minutes from 1100 would be 12 noon. I even mentioned it they charged full price then asked me if I wanted to book my next massage. Very clean and on time. The massage felt good and the lady was polite. The reason I gave it 3 stars was because 2 days later I couldn’t move my head and sharp pains in my shoulder muscles and neck. Had to take off work and couldn’t hardly move .
