Over heard someone with the same service, nonmember and not a first timer get it for 30 dollars cheaper. Last time I went to another location of this spa, I got the stone massage. The person who massaged me went way too deep with the stone and they ended up hurting me. Causing me brusing and pain for 2 weeks. Not going back ever. The upside the place was very clean and sanitary and the staff was friendly.

Very clean and employees are pleasant. I was a member for years and never cancelled an appointment although they have canceled on me several times even an hour before. I was moving out of state and made several appointments to use all of my treatments. They canceled 3 times. I had my last appointment the day before I moved. I had to cancel as the movers were still at the house. They charged me half price – not of my membership rate. Ri I will not go to a hand and stone again

Hand & Stone Delran has instituted Covid 19 safety protocols that made me feel safe and comfortable! I’m so glad I went back today. Everyone from the spa manager Dee to the front desk staff, Taylor & crew, were wonderful. Their customer service is always top notch but they are truly going above and beyond to make customers feel relaxed and comfortable. I cannot say enough about my esthetician Mikaiah!! SHE WAS FANTASTIC! I’m so glad she’s now at this location and hope she will be here for a long time to come.
