Did a trigger point massage with Wendy and it was incredible! She hit all the sore trigger points and it helped immediately. Sore that day so you definitely want to drink water and take it easy afterwards for the remainder of the day. Would definitely recommend!

I wish I could give zero stars. I had many packages built up because of Covid. I went and had a massage and as I was driving home I received a terse phone call saying that I left without paying. I informed them that I had many packages and they said that I had canceled my membership which I did not. Further investigation showed that my credit card expiration date simply changed and therefore Hand Stone canceled me. I recently moved and asked to have my packages transferred to my new location. They said it was done and when I got to the new location I asked that they put me on a freeze. They had me fill out a form and said that I would pay $10 a month and every three months I would make a full payment. I received two bills for full payments. When I called the new location to ask them about it they said I had to go to my original Hand Stone to put a freeze on. I asked them why they took my form and they said well obviously that was a mistake but it had to be done through the original Hand Stone. When I called the original one in Voorhees they said they could put a freeze on the next month which I didn’t want. I had paid two that I should not have. At this point I was fed up and I wanted to cancel my membership. The manager informed me that I will be charged another payment to which I replied that is so unfair because I should’ve been on a freeze for the past two months. Now they are sending me a cancellation contract saying that I still owe another month this is ridiculous. I’ve never been treated in a more rude manner. When I replied on the contact button on the email of the contract that Hand Stone sent me I received no reply for a few days but then someone replied to me saying that if this was a personal email account. Why is there a personal email account on the reply button or something that came directly from Hand Stone. The terms keep changing and I just want to be out of my contract and not make another payment and walk away from $1000 worth of packages but they still insist that I have to pay them another $75. This is the greediest company and the rudest people I have ever dealt with . The massage therapiststhemselves are very nice if you get the right one you can get a good massage. The way this company is run is ridiculous. It’s not the customers job to know the inner workings of how Hand Stone‘s communicate with each other or execute procedures. When I fill out a form saying that I need a freeze the person asking me to fill out the form should be aware of where it needs to go.

i paid for a microdermabrasion service and they only did about a square inch of my face, near my temples which is usually hidden by my hair anyway… not sure if she second guessed herself and thought my skin was too sensitive for it but just go somewhere else for your facials it’s definitely not worth it with the pricing and everything. plus it’s all teenagers or young adults working there

Recently got a prenatal massage here with therapist named Windy. My first time here and was greeted by Windy when I walked in. I felt so relaxed and secure that I had to book another session and sign up as a member before I left. Im so pleased with the service at the front desk as well as the therapist. Everyone here is amazing and I look forward to my next appointment ☺️

After a year of working from home, I decided it was time to start treating myself. Me and my bf decided we wanted to up our skin care and went to this location for a facial service. I was completely amazed at the kindness, professionalism, and comfort during my visit. The receptionist was warm and welcoming. My esthetician, Angela, had the best energy and was really informed about skin care. She also explained what each step of the facial did for the skin. I live in PA & won’t mind returning to this location just because I know I’ll have a quality experience. I’d definitely recommend:)

I thoroughly enjoyed the massage I had with Ashley. She used great pressure and concentrated on all of my problem areas. I felt amazing when I was finished, and the benefits continue!!! I’ll definitely be back‼️ And to top it off, the front seat staff was very friendly, professional and sweet. The place was serene and clean! Couldn’t ask for more

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI was notified 30 minutes prior to my appointment (on my birthday) that I was unable to get my massage done, because my therapist called out “sick”. I was told I could get a facial because there were no massage therapist available. A facial is not what I made an appointment for. Then was told there are other massage therapist but they are all booked. This issue was not caused on my part. So I feel like arrangements should have been made so that I could get my birthday massage like planned. This was a huge inconvenience for me. Poor communication and not professional at all.I was notified 30 minutes prior to my appointment (on my birthday) that I was unable to get my massage done, because my therapist called out “sick”.
