Very horrible customer service. This isn’t the first time I’d call and can’t get through or get the phone completely hung up on. You all have to do better. The manager should really get involved and train this staff properly. Has anyone else experience this? Btw I’ve been a member for years. As a member you know that the payment gets automatically debited from your account monthly. This is no way for a member or anyone for that matter to be treated.

Took me back late for my appointment and didn’t even give me the full 50 minute massage . You could tell the lady giving me the massage was rushing and literally didn’t even massage my back or neck and was extremely rough wasn’t even relaxing . I would not recommend coming here. You are definitely not getting what you paid for here.

I loved it!! Leigh my massage therapist wad the BEST! She was nice, very personable, and GREAT at what she does!! I wish I knew how to spell the girls name who gave me my facial that day also but she was GREAT too! Nice, good personality, and again very good at what she does. The staff at the front desk is also awesome. They take time to answer all your questions. Great customer service..just all around WONDERFUL!
