I have had a membership with this hand and stone for about a year and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. I have had multiple massages and facials and each experience is better than the last. Their massage therapists and estheticians are very knowledgeable and skilled in their craft. They really tailor your spa experience to your specific needs. The staff is always warm and friendly, making for a positive experience every time. I will definitely continue my membership with them!

I went to Hand and Stone at Morristown for focused relief in my lower back. I typically shy away from professional treatment, but I caved due to my pain levels. I arrived at Hand and Stone Morristown at the appointment time that I scheduled over the phone and was immediately made to feel at home. The reception team and atmosphere in the waiting room made someone who typically does not get massages feel at ease. My massage therapist was incredibly friendly and focused exactly where I asked her to. When the massage was over I felt like an entirely new person. I will absolutely be back in the future! Well worth my time and payment.

The management and front desk at this place is the worst. They messed up my appointment. Then told me they are going to charge me $25 dollars for not showing to the appointment they messed up. Even though I rescheduled the appointment to the next day. I look at my credit card and they “mistakenly”(front desk receptionist words) charged me $35. After my facial, they tried up charging me an extra twenty bucks for something I didn’t get. I had to correct that. On top of it all, they made a scene and made me feel horrible because I refused to tip. I told them they charged me $35 dollars for a mistake on their end. I told them I would’ve gladly tipped if I wasn’t charged all that money for my rescheduled appointment. This made both the girls behind the front desk very upset. Any ounce of costumer service they had(which was very little from the start) went out the window. So rude!

Ladies at the desk are incredibly unprofessional. While trying to persuade customers to buy into the $69.95 a month program, you can see how their attitude changes towards customers when they do not want the subscription service. Then, with other customers still around, the receptionists talk behind client’s backs. When a customer asked to book a couples massage for two friends the ladies looked at each other and rolled their eyes. Also, when a client was on the phone asking to cancel their subscription one receptionist said “Don’t cancel her until she comes in person.”

Don’t but a gift card, it’s a scam. I got my husband a gift card on December 22 nd 2021. It was a promo of buy one get one free or get the second one with a discount. I scheduled one massage right away for the first Sunday of the year. When I arrived, I was told they had left me a message canceling my appointment. Since all the communication and confirmation had been thru text, I missed their voice mail. Then my husband did numerous attempts to schedule the appointment, but they only had appointments available during working hours!!! I called today to find out the expiration date was 12/22 and there was nothing they could do for the busy parents of three kids who could never arrange an appointment at different time than work hours. Their gift cards are definitely a scam!!!

My go to place for any facial! I have had many facials done at many different spas but always felt that I was not getting my money worth as I always felt rushed, my skin concerns were not addressed and saw no results. The aestheticians at Hand and Stone in Morristown make sure to always listen to my concerns and always perform the best thorough treatments where I actually see results. I’ve had Lactic peels, Microdermabrasions and currently trying out Dermalinfusion which has been amazing leaving my face clear and hydrated even weeks after! I must admit I’ve had a few facials at this location before over a year ago and was not satisfied but decided to try it out again as I heard they are under a new owner/management AND wow this place did a whole 180!! I used to not believe in monthly facials but this place does such an outstanding job that I even signed up for their monthly membership program!

The entire staff at Hand & Stone Morristown is incredible! The front desk staff is so attentive and welcoming as soon as you step in. I booked a facial with Loriann and she recommended their new dermalinfusion. I LOVED the results and will definitely be coming back again.

This location is in the Hyatt in crunch. Yes the gym. There’s no signage. Apparently they validate parking but since we didn’t know any of the above we drove in circles trying to find it and eventually parked at CVS down there street. Walked into Hyatt and still got lost bc again, not a single sign.
