Maria is my esthetician and she is very knowledgeable and tailors my facial to my skin care needs. She gives such wonderful, relaxing facials. Maria is super nice and I’ve enjoyed getting to know her over the years. I always look forward to my next appointment. I highly recommend Hand & Stone and especially Maria!

I had a facial with Nancy yesterday and OMG it was the best experience! She is so warm and welcoming and is super thorough throughout the session. She is also super sweet and so nice! My skin has never felt or looked as great as it did after my facial. Highly recommend you see her for all of your aesthetic needs! She also has the most amazing skin so she obviously knows what she’s doing!

I had a $100 gift card for a massage that was only 2 months expired ( I had not used it due to COVID, a reasonable explanation). Shame on Hand and Stone for not honoring it. Terrible customer service. During these difficult times I would advise going elsewhere, somewhere that honors your gift and wants to provide a relaxing customer experience.

This location is clean and service at front desk was great, very friendly and attentive. They offered flavored water after check-in and they had peach and coconut infused flavors. I had a facial with Christie and she was amazing! I am always nervous about the extraction part, but she was SO gentle and thorough with my skin; she made it a piece of cake. She also gave great massages and made sure I was comfortable every step of the process. My Mom was with Jill for her massage and said she was amazing and her best massage ever! She also got her first facial ever with Maria and said it was a great experience and wants to make another appointment with her next time. I will definitely be making another appointment for my Mom and I next month at this location!
