I have been seeing Taylor for monthly facials for almost 3 years and my skin has never been better. Vincent gives an amazing massage (the Himalayan salt massage is my favorite). My first visit to H&S was a good one. The waiting area is very spacious, comfortable and smells divine. I will say as soon as you pass through the door to the back it smells a bit funky so hope that resolves. Otherwise, music is nice and soothing and I had a nice massage with Amber. Signed up for the ongoing services program and will see how that goes. Nice to have a place that’s close by!

I always enjoy my appointments at Hand & Stone. I’ve never had a bad experience. The receptionists at the front desk are always so friendly and help you as soon as they can. Caroline is my #1 pick for a facial. She is so knowledgeable and I always leave with a glow. I don’t always use the same massage therapist, but I always get a great massage because they are all so wonderful at what they do. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of.

The place is good no doubt. I gave one star, because a year ago I moved, I call every month to cancel the membership and they don’t do it. I told them that if I can’t can the money back at least provide me with gift cards so I can share with family members. They still withdraw the money from my bank every single month.
