performed service was good. the receptionist was new and made several errors with my prepaid cards. I’ve called and left a message for the manager and so far after a week no return call. i know its hard to find staff these days but when you do they should be properly trained. the young lady tried her best even texting with someone but she wasnt equipped to answer questions or to perform her duties properly.

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership since November 13th it is now November 30th and have yet to get in touch with a manger. I have called several times the staff has told me to call back at the time that the manger is there and on multiple occasions NO ONE has picked up the phone. Now I will be charged another month for an unwanted membership. I also Scheduled an appointment for my mother and I over the phone and revived no confirmation. I called to make sure we were all set and the appointment was scheduled for the wrong day good thing I called because we would’ve made a trip for no reason. I was promised to speak to the manager once again No one reached out to me. The front desk staff is very unreliable. The only good thing worth going to this place is for Nina she is an amazing esthetician.

I have been going to this location for over 4 yrs and the front desk told me today that I am not in the system. This is the 2nd time I have been told this. I got charged for my visit today, and I checked my credit card statements when I got home. Of course, I also got charged a monthly fee as well. It seems I am a member only when they need to charge monthly fee, not so much when I actually schedule the service.

Just got a prenatal massage and facial. The massage therapist ended ten minutes early and didn’t even do my head/scalp/neck. The esthetician made a rude comment about how my black heads were stuck and she couldn’t get them. Then, I was charged extra for the prenatal massage when it says it’s $69.95 online, not $85. When I called after to ask about price, I let the woman on the phone know and all she said was she would let her manager know. Overall, not the greatest experience. Won’t be going back.

Massages and Facials are a good experience. Management and customer service is not great. Each time I requested to have my issue resolved I was told that the manager would give me a call the same or next day. Weeks pass with no call. When I request to speak to them, they’re either on a phone call or not in the office. At this point months have gone by with my issue unresolved. Of course they’re charging me because I can’t cancel without speaking with a manager. It’s conflicting using the services I keep getting charged for since they are non-refundable and they don’t have my best interest in mind.

Hand and Stine in Englewood has the biggest turn over if people working. They don’t inform you when you book 4 facials and your girl left and give you someone new.

The facility is very nice and clean and the massage was just OK. I was taken in 10 minutes late and the masseuse left 5 minutes early. I had 2 gift cards to use but the receptionist was having an issue with it when I arrived but said she worked it out when I was leaving. The next day I checked my balances and she never used one gift card and took the full amount out of the other.

Honestly I think the sketchy foot massage places so a better job. My massages are always weak and rushed through. And the desk staff isn’t the best. They actually made ME call another location about my membership credits, which is fine, but isn’t that the receptionists job? I actually had to give them the number. I understand they’re franchises, but a little Customer service would be appreciated for the amount I spent!
