Great massages and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I loved Joan the best, Great hands with just enough pressure for me. They have to just make sure they tell the masseuse when clients order add one so they can be prepared. Also, it was a little too cold in the lobby. Other than that, their great! Also Tea and Elizabeth are amazing with the facials.

To whom it may concern, the whole staff by far are friendly, the receptionists were pleasant and seemed to enjoy conversations with whoever walked into the store. The reason for the one star is more directed to upper management and originates from my personal observation when I went to get a massage recently. I just happened to notice that there are no available drinks for either customers or staff. Generally speaking, the owner of the establishment doesn’t seem to care much about the staff nor the establishment. I booked a massage one day and overheard the verbal abuse and disgusting behavior of one of the clientele and the poor receptionist looked like a deer caught on headlight. I will be taking my business elsewhere, I won’t be supporting a business that doesn’t even treat workers or employees as people. Word of advice from one employer to another, satisfied employees almost always guarantee to better performance and in general lead to happier clientele because the place just feels welcoming. Again this is all entirely my opinion but I definitely hope for the sake of the business that management reevaluates the direction the company is headed to.

The spa was neat and quiet and the Massage Therapist was ready on time. There were lapses of time when I wasn’t sure where the Therapist was and what she was doing so it would have been nice for her to let me know she was preparing a hot towel or whatever. Otherwise the massage itself was good and her pressure was what I had requested. The only other item is the draping could have been more secure to me and when they have you flip over, they should be holding the draping close to the body and not just lifting it up high.

I’ve had massages & facials other places. This particular establishment is by far the worst! I feel like if the owners really cared about their business they should be there. Especially in this day & age. People that work there don’t seem to know what they’re doing. As far as my service… well let’s just say being nice doesn’t cut the mustard! I had a facial…I was prodded on my nose for blackheads?? Then slathered with lotion, then more lotion then wiped then more lotion!! Then my arms were given a quick 30 second massage. Then back to more lotion!! I could have slathered my face with lotion at home!! It just wasn’t relaxing. I expected a little more massage on my face, head, neck. Less on the lotions!! It was so much that when I left my eyes started to tear and then burn from the lotion dripping into my eyes! I couldn’t see while driving!! Esthetician was nice but talkative and I couldn’t understand a word she was saying… sorry but she spoke broken English! I tried but really couldn’t. Time?? 50 min?? Not!! I had a facial about 3 months ago it was so so awesome I started to doze off. This place was good years ago not sure if new owners but either way they better get their act together or they will not have a business anymore! I’m not even going to go into the real deal here. Let them figure out what they need to do to get this place up to standards of what it should be!! I wish them luck!

The worst customer service ever and a scam! I booked a massage and facial. The facial was at 11:00 AM. I should have known something was WRONG as I only got a text confirming the massage. Then at 10:30 I got a call saying I as being charged HALF for the facial because I was a NO SHOW! I was on my way there and I called them and they were nasty and there is no manager there on the weekend. They told me there was no way I booked a 11:00 (note they ONLY book on the hour / not half hour this is their policy for years!). AND when I asked WHO booked my appointment they could not tell me nor could they override charging me for the “no-show” – meanwhile I was NOT a no-show! I was on my way there for my 11:00 AM appointment (note – I could not have bookded a 10:30 as I would not have been available for that!). Someone clearly went into the system and OVERRODE my appointment and booked someone else and failed to sort this out and SCAMMED ME. NASTY customer service and TOTAL SCAM! Calling American Express and filing with the BBB….STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Place is disgusting! Black mold in the bathrooms and roach traps everywhere! Owner clearly doesn’t care about the atmosphere in his establishment. Also I heard “noises” coming from one of the rooms on the way back to the lobby. Definitely running illegal practices out of this place. Absolutely repulsive! Manager Sade is extremely unprofessional and has quite an attitude. The Hand & Stone franchise should distance themselves from this location immediately it’s definitely a bad look.

Awful experience here!!! I went in for a facial and I guess I should have read the review before hand (I normally don’t go by reviews). The facial was nothing but some steam and constant slathering of lotion and placing a hot towel on your face to wipe it off. I could have done this at home. The only other thing was being very aggressively prodded on the side of my nose. The steam also had an awful smell to it almost like a moldy basement that made me nauseous. What a waste of money. Most facials include massaging of the face and neck and removing imperfections. This is by far the worst place to go for a facial. I will not be back. I even asked Ashley to add the extra lip and eye treatment she said they don’t have the stuff for it but she would exfoliate my lips with some stuff she had and never even did that. So upset. Wish I could give zero stars

This is Nikolett and I don’t write reviews.. However, I most write this to save you time & money. This location lacks professionalism and cleanliness. I went for a facial which was the worst I’ve ever received. Tea was my service provider, she grabbed door knob and closed the door touched other things. I had to tell her to please wash her hands before she touched my face. She got upset and sucked her teeth and rushed my facial. The facial steamer always smells moldy. She was very rough & rude with the entire facial. First and last time Tea will service me. This was the first time I never gave a tip. I canceled my membership. Manager never asked why or tried to retain me as a customer. I will tell friends and family to go elsewhere.

This is Lourdes Brizek. Friendly receptionist. Friendly masseuse. Massage was just ok, not great. I was looking forward to a great deep relaxing massage and I was very disappointed. She didn’t target my most sore spots. Just when I thought she was gonna get them, she would just gently just rub the spot. Ugh! Also, a lot of the massage was done over a sheet. The sheet was in between my skin and her hands. Is that new? Overall, a very poor massage.

Angela was incredible! She’s a very talented masseuse and extremely friendly. She made me feel so relaxed and took her time to get every single knot out of my back and neck. She did not try to push extra incentives on us, which I appreciated. I can’t stand when someone is so pushy when I already signed up for something specific. My husband also had her as his masseuse and he said the same exact thing. We are both very happy with the experience we had during both of our sessions with Angela. We both will be back for massages with Angela!
