I went there and was seen by Elisabeth for a 1 hr full body massage. Firstly, the place is very clean and front staff was very courteous offering water, tea, mints while I filled out my intake forms. Elisabeth was extremely professional and personable. My favorite thing about her was that she made sure she checked in with me to get the right amount of pressure to meet my preference, she is the only massage therapist I have gone to who has gotten it right, the others I have been to are way too rough and I end up leaving in pain. I mentioned I had foot sensitivity which she respected and was even more gentle near that area. Very attentive and I told her I felt I could even breathe better after her massage (spoiler alert I don’t even have any respiratory issues)

I am a current member at this spa, I have been since the start of 2022 but I had been already going there for waxing services and facials as I received a gift card. It is very close to my home making it convenient. The staff is always friendly but my favorite is Jessica, I see her for monthly facials as well as my eye brows. She is friendly, professional, easy to talk to and will adjust your service to what works best for you. The spa is always clean and welcoming.

I’ve never been one to get massages monthly on any sort of subscription service, but after booking a 50 min with Elisabeth, my mind CHANGED. I decided to use a gift card that I’ve had for a while and was able to get a next day appointment with her due to a cancellation. Upon meeting, she was incredibly friendly and attentive to my problem areas. It was quite literally the best massage I’ve ever had, and because of that, I booked her for the next two months out and will be getting a monthly massage with her. If you like deep pressure, Elisabeth does not disappoint!!! 20/10 🙂

Absolutely LOVE Matthew!! He is soo attentive helps me soo much with my back pain. I am a hair stylist and we have A LOT of back problems! He relieves all my pains & aches when i leave every time!! The membership is soo worth it! $69.95 as to $140 & I get to see my therapist once a month, if i go more than that I only pay member pricing!!

Clean, professional I would say 3.5 stars. The only reason I did not give them more stars is because I asked for an experienced therapist . It was clear my therapist was not and at the end when I checked out the said to was a new grad!
