My wife and I both had massages today. When discussing our experiences we were both very pleased with the friendly reception, and with our individual therapists. Daniella took care of Priscilla and worked on trouble areas. Unfortunately, Doug is bad with names but also said his therapist worked on his specific muscle issues.. We felt more relaxed than when we came in the door. Thank you for such a great experience.

Extremely disappointed. First off they cancelled an appt I had booked 3 weeks prior, giving me only 24hrs notice, and then offering me obscure dates and times. I booked a time that was not convenient but didn’t want to wait another 3 weeks. Then, on the day of the massage I was late. I admit it was my fault but there was nobody else there waiting, they could have given me the 12mins back as a courtesy. That’s called good customer service especially for a first time customer. Next, they made me fill out paperwork which they had never warned me about beforehand and that cut away about 6mins of my massage time(insane, I never heard of this), then masseuse left to let me change, which took secs, but she came back 4mins later as I waited for her, then she ended 3mins before my time was up, again insane. And how do I know all this, well I see a huge blaring clock. So for a 60min massage that was paid in full, I only got 35mins. The massage itself was not very good, I’ve had so much better. The place smelled like rancid oil. Even the sheets and the room smelled like oil that was very old and had gone bad. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone. It’s more like a factory than a spa.

Such a calm and peaceful environment! The manager Noelle is such a welcoming and great leader! I had Jackie doing my facial and she wow’ed me with how informative, kind, gentle, and professional/personable she is! She gave me great suggestions and I immediately trusted her with my skins needs ! I am so happy with my facial! I’ll be back !!!!

The room I was in had perfect dim lighting, calming music, and a heated massage bed to lay on during the facial it was great! Jackie was very thorough and informative during the whole facial, while keeping it relaxing and enjoyable. I was offered add ons if I wanted to enhance my facial based to fit my skins needs. It was wonderful and I’ll definitely be returning for another visit with Jackie! The receptionists were also very pleasant and made check out easy and quick. The room I was in had perfect dim lighting, calming music, and a heated massage bed to lay on during the facial it was great! I went to this location for the first time this past Sunday to get a facial for my birthday. Jess was my esthetician and OMG what a difference !! She is soooooo super friendly and absolutely AMAZING at what she does. Not once did i feel a pinch or poke during extractions, it was completely painless. Also while my mask was hardening she gave me such a wonderfully relaxing shoulder massage. I would recommend Jess to any and everybody for their skin needs. She is very knowledgeable in her field. I had the BEST massage of my life. I legit cried afterwards. Priscilla was my therapist for this particular massage. I have a really terrible shoulder and she made all the pain go away. The massage was Perfect. All the therapist there are wonderful. The entire staff here are great. The rooms are all clean and beautiful. Woodbridge H&S is my favorite location.

The welcoming staff was super friendly, the lobby area was clean, relaxing and I immediately felt at peace. My massage therapist was amazing! I got a facial today and and the woman was satisfactory but the real facial sucked. She used a gadget on my face that was suppose to remove blackheads. And once I got home they had been nevertheless there. So essentially all she did was put some smell goods on my face and rubbed them in. The facial sucked. Never again.
