Since AUGUST 1st I have tried to cancel my membership. Either no one picks up the phone. The few times that someone does answer I am told that no one currently on staff can assist me. I have left numerous voicemails and sent numerous emails, no one has gotten back to me. THIS IS PLACE IS A HUGE SCAM! THEY PUSH FOR A MEMBERSHIP AND TELL YOU YOU CAN CANCEL ANYTIME. LIES!!!! THEY DONT ANSWER YOUR CALLS OR EMAIL IN ORDER TO KEEP CHARGING YOU. LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS! CORP OFFICE DOES NOT GET INVOLVED BECAUSE THEY ARE INDEPENDENTLY OWNED.

They are great but the girls at the front desk are so unprofessional. They well block calls, hang up on you mid conversation, and would rather talk amongst themselves instead of picking up the the phone or cheating people out.

I been going to this location for about two years now. My massage therapist is Liz. Been going to her for about 4 months now. She is fantastic. She knows all the problems and concerns with my back and she pays attention to detail the entire massage. Most people go for massage for relaxation I go for actual therapy because my back is so messed up. Liz is professional and courteous and more importantly my back feels better after a session for more then just an hour or so. Also the staff is very kind and very attentive. I really enjoy being a member at the Clark location

Place is ran by a scammer. This is a franchise location and ran horribly. Had signed up a while back and never used the services. Then finally called to book and was told that I had cancelled. The contract states cancellation in writing. So I asked for proof of cancellation. They could not provide because I never cancelled! So I cant use my accumulated services and I’m also banned from the hand and stone network. Its all good as this review will now hurt them more. Didn’t think I would come back to haunt you huh?

Virgilio is professional, takes time to listen to whichever aches and pains you may have and does his own assessment to make sure he focuses on the correct spots so you walk out feeling better. His overall easy spirit personality makes it a peaceful and relaxing experience.

Yvette my new massage therapist, ohmyheavens, she is just fantastic. I liked her so much I look forward to our session every single time. Firm but comfortable pressure on a deep tissue and she listens yo where I want her to do most work. I feel good every single time.

I hate that I have to give this place three Stars but it’s necessary. Customer Service is just bad, under Trained and unbothered. Meanwhile, My Massage Therapist is absolutely fantastic. He’s name is Virgilio. I will book him everyday of the week if I could.

I personally think Marjorie and Yessenia are phenomenal, they go above and beyond to give the most relaxing, enjoyable massage.
