I unfortunately did not have the best experience. The customer service was excellent at reception. However, my massage was not what I envisioned or asked for. The person who gave me my massage actually hurt my neck and shoulder worse than when I entered. He was too intense and aggressive towards the pressure he provided. He did not focus on the area that I asked him to do and I did not feel relaxed or distressed afterwards. It’s been a few days and I am still in pain from the treatment.

I wish I read these reviews before I went to this facility. I got exactly what a lot of these people are complaining about. It was probably one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. Sometimes the masseuse would stop massaging me, and his fingers would be shaking and would be stand there for seconds. It was just a very uncomfortable experience. I had to ask him to focus on my neck when he kept massaging my arms and legs, my body was completely covered with oil, and it was just not a good massage. It was pretty much just pressure being pushed down on me. He was also 10 minutes behind and I was about 10 minutes short of an hour massage. So I didn’t get my full hour. Also I had to ask to turn up the music because the people next door to us were talking so loud. This whole experience was not relaxing at all.

Unfortunately my massage yesterday was horrible. The therapist pressed down on my body almost the whole time rarely “massaging” the body. Then the front desk would not accept my gift card even though the envelope stated “good for a 50 minute massage”. Very disappointed, but did not say anything because it wouldn’t have served a purpose except to embarrass them. Will not return

Ladies at the front desk are very friendly. I go to Sahiba for facials and she is amazing! I still think that the monthly package or membership billing and pricing can be a little confusing but the overall experience with customer service is positive.

Scammers!! Don’t go to this spa location! If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for a facial and 90 min massage that my husband booked for me with his packages. I understood I would only be responsible for the $10 per package transferred, that was it. I upgraded my facial which I was told was a $65 difference and I agreed to pay that. There was no mention to me about member pricing versus non member , nothing at all!

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Chez was very kind and fabulous at the Swedish massage. The pressure was just right and he paid extra attention to the problem areas on my back.
