I only come here for 1 service and 1 therapist only. Bernard!!! He’s a miracle genius! I am Photographer and so my job is very active and I carry heavy equipment all the time. Bernard has been the most helpful to all of my aches and pain. Since I’ve been seeing him for almost a year, I can feel a difference in my joints, neck and back. Not only is he helpful, but so kind and professional. He is the only massage therapist that I ever felt this comfortable with. It has also helped me with my anxiety. I feel more relaxed mentally and happy with the service overall. I also like the receptionist there, she is very nice and patient on the phone. The location is nice and clean. Its one of my favorite locations of them all.

Joe at Hand and Stone in Hoboken is a terrific massage therapist! He is knowledgeable about the human body, different muscles and various injuries so uses this well to cater to the needs of clients. He has great hands and is able to provide a very rejuvenating experience as a result. Joe also is articulate, has a warm personality and friendly calm demeanor which make him very likeable to customers. I definitely go to hand and stone monthly due to Joe and I highly recommend him and the facility as a result! Keep up the great work Joe!

Used to love this place, so much so that I had a membership!! Unfortunately I am cancelling it since they have gone down hill significantly. But they recently have cancelled 4 of my appts on me with less than two hours notice (2 massages/2 facials). They also don’t offer any sort of compensation when they cancel just “Oh sorry we have to cancel on you. Want to reschedule?” Not worth the price if they can’t hold a schedule/be relied on. Diana (facial) was great but I won’t be back.

I’ve been a member for about a year. I come regularly for both massages and facials. The facility is clean and they always do a good job. I don’t stick with one masseuse, but I’ve found that they all do a good job at responding to what I need.

I got 2 prenatal massages from Nilda. She was OK but not as ı expected. But the big dissapointed side was the front desk!They have to get on well with the customer and they were extremeley so rude!I was on time at my first appointment but they wanted me to fill loong form and while ı was completing the form they didn’t tell me they will cut my massage hours! Rather than an hour ı got 40 min massage. After ı finnished ı got membership cos ı though ı’ll need every two weeks or week prenatal massage. The second appointment ı was late 15 min late and they informed me that they will cut my massage hrs!I informed them that they owned me from previous one but she started to talk impolitely… So ı got 40 min massage again and when ı’m cheking out she just directly asked me to that would ı like to cancel my membership?!! OH YES ı can not deal with these rude ppl and ı am sure everyone go to the Spa to be relax and that was too much stress!loosing customer easily not acceptable…Shouldn’t be…

It’s honestly very nice. The place looks fancy and clean, and all the staff are very professional. I just don’t know if it’s worth the price they charge though, as there are so many cheaper and as good options in Hoboken if you’re really just looking for a good old massage and don’t care about visual bells and whistles.

It was my first time here and I was in need for a self care day! It was amazing that I got a last minute facial on short notice. Jasmine was truly amazing doing the facial and also giving me insight on my concerns. One thing I do have to point out was not letting me know I was being charge extra for an upgrade facial or not letting me know the additional price. Since it was my first time here I was offered the $69 I think but left with a $129 bill. Jasmine offered me the roseca facial but she never said it will be extra- I thought she was just changing my first time facial to a different type still offering the first time customer price. I wish I was given that info to make that decision if I could of even afford that. I paid the price anyways because she did do an amazing job but the lack of information made me feel as if it was sneaky. The girls at the desk are sweet and again great facial! Thank you!

The massages itself are fine. But they are extremely disrespectful of a customer’s time. I was late for an appointment by 10 mins and my massage was rushed through to finish on time. But today I was called to tell my massage therapist was running late by 15 mins since another customer was late. I said ok and came 15 mins later. They made me wait another 15 mins before they saw me. Basically lost a membership customer over their services. While the massage therapist was very apologetic and gave some minor free add ons, the front desk staff was extremely unapologetic and just said they couldn’t do anything.
