Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI terminated my contract and still had 2 massages left on file. I was told I would be able to use them both no problem. The 1st appointment they had available was 6 WEEKS out so I took that and I put myself in the cancellation list) and also booked my final appointment at the same time. Days after my massage, I was randomly charged for the massage without notice or explanation. I have spoken to the manager numerous times as she conducts her “investigation” . My appointment was on 08-20- 21 and it is now 10-16-21 – that’s 2 months!!! No one ever gets back to me, I keep calling unable to reach anyone who can fix this and always told the manager is still working on it, which obviously at this point they are not going to refund me money they were not authorized to charge me for. Do not ever sign up for a membership with this place or believe anything they tell you. I was even willing to forfeit that last massage I had already paid for to be reimbursed for this one. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI really enjoyed the facial treatment and massage I received at Hand and Stone. My facial therapist- Heather- was very professional and cordial. She did an excellent job, and considering it was my first facial and scalp massage, I would likely go back for another one in the future.

I have always enjoyed each massage and facial I have received here, the Massage Therapist’s and Estheticians are some of the best around.They are knowledgeable and understand the true meaning of 5 star service! I have had my fair share of services around the country and this spa has set themselves apart in so many positive ways, from the services to the customer service of the front end reception to management. They make you feel like family here! My experience here has been top notch and enjoy my monthly visits with them. I have been a member of Hand and Stone since their opening five years ago. I have always enjoyed each massage and facial I have received here, the Massage Therapist’s and Estheticians are some of the best around.They are knowledgeable and understand the true meaning of 5 star service! I have had my fair share of services around the country and this spa has set themselves apart in so many positive ways, from the services to the customer service of the front end reception to management.
