I love this place. Donna gives a great facial. they are open till 10 PM which is unheard of. I highly recommend Donna. I’m happy I found a great esthetician. I join the monthly club, which gives you a facial of a massage once a month and you can transfer up to three of them to your friends or family each year. Oh yeah, kill the front desk. People are nice.

It’s ok. Prices are on the high side for what they offer. I wish the had a changing room. Changing in the massage room is awkward and you have to leave your clothes there on the chair like the doctor’s office. DO NOT try the cyroskin procedure. It did absolutely nothing for me $1,500 for a glorified belly massage. The pictures they have in the lobby are totally misleading and I’ve seen them used in advertisements at other places!

This review is for both Stoneham and Natick Hand and Stone. My husband and I have had memberships for over a year, and previously had no issues at the location in Hudson. We moved in spring 2022 to Woburn, so have been visiting the Natick and Stoneham locations. I am currently 31 weeks pregnant and have wanted to attend massages monthly to help with stress and pain management due to my changing body. For the last three appointments we have had scheduled, we received a call the morning of (about 2 hours before our appointment) saying that someone was out, I was scheduled with a non-certified prenatal therapist, or there was an incident with one of the therapists and she can no longer see men, resulting in my husband and I rescheduling our appointments. This is so ridiculous and none of these cancellations have been due to us. If we were to cancel the morning of, we would be charged, but if it is Hand and Stone’s fault, there are no repercussions. It is frustrating to look forward to a nice, relaxing massage all month, only to have it cancelled the morning of. We have been long time customers, but I think it is time to end our membership and bring our business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service…I had called and I had given my new CC . It was never changed so I had to wait until they added it . Just unnecessary and a waste of my time. My massage was mediocre at best. Wasn’t given a hot towel at end , she never asked if I had anything specific I wanted her to work on. Never asked what kind of pressure I wanted. I felt worse after my massage than I did when I went in. I won’t be back to this location.

I received an email stating BOGO massage gift card $79.95 November 25-27. The girl at the front desk in the Natick Hand and Stone would not honor the deal. Said I was not a member and this is for members only. It said Nowhere Members only. Either the girl needs training or this is false advertising.

Had a gift card for a massage and it included the cost of the massage and a $20 tip. After I was done upon checking out the receptionist said there was only $10 for a tip because the service was $10 higher. When I questioned it she could not have cared less. One customer lost!! I do not like chain companies.

I enjoyed my massage and facial. Everyone was nice and professional. The facility was clean. I liked the results on my skin. I just had some allergic reaction to the skin lotion they used and recommended I purchase. It irritated my eyes and gave me dizziness. Next time, I’ll make sure they do not use that product on my skin.
