Thank you Hand & Stone and Heather. I had a headache for 3 days. They got me in on the same day I called. Heather gave me a great massage and a scalp massage with cold stones. It helped tremendously. The receptionist was also very nice and a lot of help. Great place!

I’ve had them cancel multiple appointments on me the day of or an hour before after confirming 24 hours prior. This last time the called to tell me my 90 min massage was being cut to 60 min because the therapist needed a break. I asked why they had go confirmed it less than 24 hours before.

Came in New to the area, to inquire on massages. It did NOT at all feel welcoming. No smiles, snoody look and nonchalant way of speakings as if she did not want to be there. Not even a nice smile. I was speaking with a Dark-skinned girl at front desk, but not sure of her name. I did grab some pamphlets & they were offering a special. The lobby appeared uniformed (odd for a spa) but at least it was clean. Other front desk agent was on the phone the entire time. But from the experience alone I doubt I will return. If I come into a spa and desk agents are melancholy then I’m not going to want that to rub off on me. And you have to wonder why they are that way. You will have to see them everytime you enter and exit!

Amy lacks the skill and kindness to able to deal with clients and from what I saw her coworkers as well. Some old lady named Anita was extremely rude and condescending to me as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place they try and force you to get a membership. Even heard one of the desk people pushing so hard to sell a membership the customer became visually annoyed. I heard the owner Anita make the comment I wish I could pay you guys less don’t give this establishment money.

They have some of the best massage therapist at this location. Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from, I’ve never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!

Front desk staff was awesome, and friendly, but I don’t have enough good to say about Romi (sp)! Honestly, I’ve had memberships at all o’ the spots for decades, but this girl is IT! She knew just how to move the limbs to get into the joint. Highly recommend!

Front office staff was great. Massage experience was very disappointing. When you pay for an hour massage and more time is spent talking and fumbling with rocks then actually massaging. Not worth the time .
