My husband and I treated ourselves to a couples massage for our wedding anniversary. Victoria an Ayanna were our therapists and they were wonderful. The atmosphere was clean and staff incredibly professional. They offered options but didn’t pressure us which I appreciated. Wonderful experience – thank you for a relaxing time!

My husband scheduled me a Swedish massage and added two additional service for my birthday. I arrived to the building the minute my massage was scheduled so I figured I was maybe a little late. All paperwork was filled and payment was taken care of online before arriving. My massage was supposed to be one hour but after relaxing a bit after she was done and noticed that it had not yet been an hour since I had arrived. I also went to the bathroom before the massage started as well. It just wasn’t an hour and that was very disappointing. I got to the front to check out and the receptionist asked me if I’d like to tip. But I didn’t bring any cash/card knowing it was prepaid. But then she told me my total was still due. So I went to the car to get a form of payment. Once I returned she asked again for a tip. I called my husband after leaving to confirm the time length of the massage and to ask if he had pre paid. He informed that he did prepay for a 1 hour Swedish massage. I did examine the receipt and it did show his card paid for the services and mine for the tip. I’m just curious why she lied and was so pushy about the tip. And it was really frustrating that the massage wasn’t even an hour. I will never go back to Hand and Stone.

They called and asked to reschedule my appointment on a Monday. That’s fine, cool. I rescheduled for Friday of the same week and then just two hours before my appointment on Friday they called to cancel again asking if I wanted to reschedule AGAIN. I don’t recommend this place if you actually want to have an appointment.

Really disappointing experience and we didn’t even have the chance to go in for our couples massage. Therapist cancelled morning massage on us last minute, understandable things happen. We rescheduled and there’s a miscommunication on time time between am and pm, so we cancel when we showed up in the morning and eat the cost of childcare. Reschedule again for today and again morning of therapist cancels again. Explained the situation to person who answered call and they just offered to reschedule. No effort to save our business other than reschedule for the 4th time. Bad customer experience.

2021 Had Membership with them, paid for 3 massages, they told me that my already paid for massages never expired. They lied there’s only a 90 day grace period once you cancel! Never using them again…. Don’t sign up for memberships!!!! Get your massage somewhere else…. Rant over

This was my first time to this particular location. I am a member and typically go to Camp Bowie but wanted to try this location. The receptionist was quite short with me over the phone when scheduling and then flat out rude when I was there on 5/16. Additionally, after my massage with Victoria (which I thoroughly enjoyed, she was wonderful) I had to ask the receptionist to schedule my next appointment and she was clearly annoyed. I literally felt like I was bothering her. This location is very blessed to have Victoria, I would not be going back if she hadn’t been so wonderful.

Been a member for a few years now. Really enjoy the Fort Worth cultural district location. Olivia is my go to therapist. She pays close attention to my needs and applies the necessary pressure to get those sore areas worked out. Would highly recommend.

Love this Hand and Stone! First time here. The environment was clean. The receptionists are very friendly! I work on my feet and have a lot of headaches and low back back problems. My Massage Therapist, Queen, helped a lot with relieving tension in my back, hips and shoulders. I recommend her if you have any pain in these areas and to add on Decompression Therapy.
