Came in with neck and shoulder pain. Jennifer my masseuse was amazing- very professional. She greeted me and asked the right questions, made me feel welcome and relaxed, and continued to deliver one of the best massages I had received. She applied the perfect pressure, and was very thorough. I felt so much better after and the pain went away. Will be coming again!

Booked my facial for the first time with a lovely lady, and she was wonderful. I think her name was Makenzie? Gentle, listened to what my concern were, was meticulous. Even with extractions she was so gentle, I literally fell asleep later. Came out glowing. Immediately booked a follow up for the next month.

The providers here are the absolute best for facials, even on acne prone skin like mine! I’ve been a twice now and have been so impressed by each lady who’s done my facials—I think my last facialist’s name was Cynthia but I’m not positive, definitely something close to that. The front desk staff are also so welcoming and helpful, the girl who checked me in and out was so nice and friendly and totally made me feel at ease! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a facial in the Bellevue area!

The staff is gossiping about customers up at the front desk. You can get a massage and/or facial without the the pre membership fee of $175.00. Then you pay for services. You can get a massage and/or facial anywhere in Seattle for less than $79.99. I withdrew my “membership” and was still being charged. I contacted the HQ in Pennsylvania.

Had fine experiences in the past (pre pandemic), but recently tried to use some gift cards for massages and was canceled on at the last minute 3 times in a row. Each time I had arranged a babysitter (that I paid because I don’t like to break my commitments), and had arranged my entire days around napping and nursing my baby so that I could lay on my chest for the appointment. So while they are in the business of providing positive and relaxing experiences, mine were anything but. Then they entertained the idea of reimbursing me for the gift cards, but after wasting more of my time they refused. Terrible customer service.
