The Staff greeted me, and made me feel welcome. The Mgr always smiles when she sees me, and makes me feel happy to be there. Need experience people at the front desk. Had problems with my gift massage from my daughter. I was told I had to pay for my massage, my time was minus for my massage. Had to pay a fee at the end. My daughter called the company and I will get reimbursed. Waiting on it.
