I was nervous because of some of the reviews and I never have a good experience at any nail salons in the area. I showed Duke a photo of what I wanted and he did such a great job. He continued to check that my nails were even and that he didn’t miss any spots. He checked to see if I liked them with each step as well. Best experience I’ve had at any nail salon. Yesterday was my first time at Hanbury Nails. I was nervous because of some of the reviews and I never have a good experience at any nail salons in the area. I showed Duke a photo of what I wanted and he did such a great job. He continued to check that my nails were even and that he didn’t miss any spots. He checked to see if I liked them with each step as well. Best experience I’ve had at any nail salon. I will continue to come here and request Duke. ☺️

Everyone was very friendly! I had an appointment so there was no wait. I got thirsty and they happily offered me bottled water. I got a manicure, pediure, full acrylic set on hands and feet, and nail art on hands and feet. They used a new set of clean sealed tools. I showed Tracy a picture similar to what I wanted but asked for blue and gold and she did a wonderful job! Small photo is what I asked for, big photo is what I got. 5 ⭐️

Love to come for mani and pedis with my kids. I get acrylic ombre nails as well and they are always looking really good. Staff is friendly and quick about getting you in. This place gets full quickly after opening.

First experience was a nightmare, the mail tech cut my nails extremely short and had the wrong shape. I had to wait extensively for someone who seemed more experienced to try and save them. I left and within a week my gel nail polish looks like this. I called to request a refund due to poor service and the manager didn’t seem to understand that not only did I not feel comfortable having them fixed, he kept saying come back tomorrow for us to fix. I hope the end up refunding my services as they were beyond poor and I spent 100.00 for my toes and hands to look like this after a week. Unacceptable, they need to focus more on customer service and make sure they are advertising what they provide.

I’ve been twice. The first time there was a communication issue and confusion but in the end I liked how my nails turned out so I went back. Second time around I asked for a dip powder mani. She went through the process of filling in buffing down, then she started to go in with gel and I said I asked for dip. She could barely understand me and I could barely understand her but basically she told me to do gel this time and then get dip

Spent $200 on my daughter and I to get gel pedicures and gel polish for my fingers and tips for her. The next day several of her toes were already off and within one week 3 of her nails popped off. Won’t go back again Pedicure, Acrylic nails
