I made an appointment the day before by texting the number provided on their voicemail, with no problems. Prior to having my massage my neck was almost completely locked up from sleeping on unfamiliar beds and taking a long flight onto the Island. I had Kim as my RMT and she was great! She is very nice and did some amazing work to my neck and shoulders. Noticable difference in my range of motion after my 30 min massage. As someone visiting from another country, or even another Hawaiian island it’s amazing having a company run this smooth, especially when you’re on vacation and are in a LOT of pain and can’t enjoy yourself because of that. There was no stress trying to get an appointment or even finding their location. 5/5 stars because of how easy it was to make the appointment, their availability, and of course the massage I had. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a quality massage!

Fantastic massage! After four days for surfing and SUPing, my muscles were pretty tired (somehow a desk job doesn’t adequately engage the muscles necessary for these activities) so I texted for an appointment. She responded right away, and even though it was a holiday week, she found a slot for me. After a super relaxing 90 minutes, I felt good as new. I’ll definitely plan a stop here for our next trip!

I spend a considerable amount of time with my family on the North Shore of Kauai each year but had not visited Hanalei Bay Massage before. It may sound strange but when you visit and review spa’s for a living you do not necessarily seek them out in your spare time. Yesterday however was different however because I found myself with a free hour and on a whim I decided to see if they could fit me in. Maria was wonderful and blended a number of techniques seamlessly together( I wasn’t able to choose between the various massage techniques they had to offer) to produce possibly the very best massage I have ever had, and believe me I have had thousands ! !!Reluctant though I am to let this Gem out of the bag, TRY IT, and you will be a convert.
