The shape was not the shape I asked for. The nail tech I had was very rough and was burning my natural nails with her drill. The acrylic was very messily done and so were the rhinestones. When leaving I got the notification I had been charged $51.60, the women at the front desk told my nails were $58. I asked her to put half on my card and put 15 dollars in cash for the rest of the payment. So I realized she had overcharged me and I was already upset about the customer service. It was my first time coming here and I was very disappointed. I will not come here again.

I visited a few nail salons once they started opening back up, but they just didn’t cut it, until I tried this location. I started off with pedicures and Lee was really good. Then I moved onto my hands where I had the pleasure of having Tracy do my nails. She was very friendly to all the customers that walked in and they were super busy for a Sunday, so I suggest making an appointment before just strolling in if you can. Anywho she was quick, professional and nailed the look I wanted. I moved to Douglasville 18 months ago and had a really hard time finding a nail salon, because my mom was my nail technician back home. I visited a few nail salons once they started opening back up, but they just didn’t cut it, until I tried this location. I started off with pedicures and Lee was really good. Then I moved onto my hands where I had the pleasure of having Tracy do my nails. I went here on the recommendation of a coworker and I am severely disappointed in the service I received. The lady who did my nails watched videos the whole time. I asked about a decal on my ring finger and she did not put it on. When asked again I was ignored. A few nails were awkwardly longer than others. Luckily another of the nail techs was willing to help fix them. I will not be returning here again.

Let them know exactly what you want because they might not ask. My operator did not ask if I wanted any length off or shape of nails, I was distracted and did not think to tell her. Prices are competitive and staff are friendly.

I’m giving 4 cause the lady who worked on my nails was very sweet to me! But the quality of my nails wasn’t the best. She shaped them very well & made them look nice but the dip powder started to chip off within 2 days sadly. But the color was so pretty and they were very nice

It was my first time here and I had high hopes but when I got home afterwards and saw my nails better I was so disappointed. My nail tech was really nice but she was distracted and kept getting up while doing my nails so maybe that’s what happened. There’s parts that are bumpy, other parts that don’t have any color I can just see the nail. One is really uneven and most weren’t drilled enough and ended up being super thick. I wouldn’t go back again 🙁
