Customer Service Sucks! It doesn’t matter how well you do nails if you don’t know how to treat people. I’ve been going to Hana’s for about a year and up until my last couple visits, I liked it there. The last time I was there, I made it outside, then realized two nails were smudged and returned inside to get them corrected. I asked Hana if she saw the smudge and her reply to me was, “I’m not blind.” Very rude! Her energy was very negative that day. She corrected it, I left but took it as maybe she was having a bad day and returned. Today, she asked me what to do with a broken nail & I replied, “Im scared to say something,” jokingly because of my experience last time. I wanted to calm things over, we are all human. Instead, Hana raised her voice at me saying, “Ma’am, you are trying to start with me! That’s why I was quiet,” and proceeded to tell me if I am not comfortable there I can find somewhere else to go. Not valuing your customers are the quickest way to lose them and I will NEVER come back there and will tell everyone I know too. I’ve never been disrespectful to anyone at this establishment and did not like the way I was treated. If this is how you treat your customers, I’m truly happy not being one.

I’ve been going to Hanna for years from her old location to her new location and she is amazing, the staff are all pleasant and treat you like family not just a customer. I ordered a acrylic brush from Hana I took it back yesterday and she telling me I pull the brush when residue sticks in it. I’m not a fool to pull the brush and ruined it. The brush falling apart and I beg a ride to bring it back to her she telling me no warranty on it because she give it to me brand new. I don’t even use the brush five time and it damaged already. I’m not stupid. I know how to clean brushes from acrylic residue. I also buy a acrylic pump bottle in few days it stop pumping. My 45 dollars goes to waste. It’s all good hana.you wasn’t there when I was using the brush but yet you telling me what I did to the brush

She’s very unprofessional and she tries to tell you what to do and not what you asked for. If I’m paying my money, don’t tell me what to do. I know what I want. The guy is nice but as for the owner she’s very unprofessional and based on her responses from other reviewers you can tell how rude she is. I’ll never recommend this mail shop or step my foot in the salon again. Learn how to talk to people Hana!

I was looking for a nail salon near by before going to work at a Radio Station. They were very friendly and communicative. My gel manicure was so well done that it doesn’t feel like is gel at all as I’ve done in other places, and I was told to be careful with my nails as soon as he finished. I hope these next two weeks it lasts, that way I may come back and bring more people in. Word of mouth is the best advertising that there is for any line of business.

It was the absolute worst, most unprofessional, and poorest quality of work, I’ve ever had done on my nails.Let me first start by stating, their supplies are not sanitized. After one of the ladies finished my pedicure, she literally washed it off with cold water and put it back to be used on the next person. I wish I paid attention before they had started with mine. In addition to that “Hana” started doing my nails, we had multiple scuffles.
