Sooo I’m glad i decided that places have bad days and clearly some of the reviews look to either have been bad days or just busy days. I didn’t experience or witness any yelling or rudeness on part of any of the staff or owner who was there. The services were good and i liked the finish product. They are busy(like most nail shops on a Friday) but i honestly went in on my lunch break, and was seated within 5 mins of arriving. My gel nails were done in 45 mins and they came out super cute. Kevin was great and super chill. I will probably go back however next time i will make an appointment** update: i got my nails done Friday afternoon and by Tuesday they were chipped. Slightly disappointing.

got charged over fifty dollars for a gel acrylic set with a simple design that took less than two minutes to do. the acrylic nails i got done there are uneven and some of them are shorter than others. don’t recommend going there as one of the male employees also tried to persuade my dad i got a massage (which i didn’t) to explain for such the high price when it was completely different on the menu of prices right from their front desk. i wish i knew going in there how the service was going to be but sadly i didn’t which is why im warning you all. won’t be going back. go to lovely nails and spa tho they are great 🙂

This shop is getting too busy I think. They usually do a good job but I’ve been here a few times and it’s hit and miss whether you get in right away or not. Even with an appointment they’ve left me waiting for 20 minutes. But they still get 4 stars because they have a number of really talented nail artists so if you want something unusual like a design or patterns, this place is good.

I expected a little more for the price they charge for gel manicure. The top edges were uneven and not shaped. Maybe she’s new to the business and hasn’t had a lot of experience. The communication could have been better. However, I did like the fact that they took their time and I did not feel rushed and I was able to relax.

I went with my sister and we LOVED our experience here. I’m always skeptical when trying new nail salons. But this placeas has a lot of spaces so basically no wait! The people who work there are great with wonderful customer service and of course our nails looked great as well.

I have been coming here with Sandy. She does a good job but unfortunately had a bad experience with the owner Victoria. She tried charging me more. Sandy gave me a price and when I am about to pay Victoria charges me $10 more. I questioned why and she says “because of the nail shape” and I tell her I have always come and never had a problem with the price and she rudely says I am the Owner, I know. Sandy didn’t charge you right and if I change the price the rest of the customers are going to see. At that point I ask Sandy about the price charge difference and her and Victoria start speaking in their language and Victoria apologize and says I thought it was gel. So she lied to me, she said because of the nail shape. She didn’t even tried to get me a discount for the inconvenience or something for the next time I would come. Sorry Sandy but Victoria doesn’t care about her business, she made me go through an inconvenience and was rude to me when I questioned why the $10 difference.

Ken is professional and thorough. He did a great job on my gel nails. The girl in the front is friendly and welcoming. I have walked out of many salons becuase they dont file your nails,, or they get polish all over your cuticles. Its a clean and fresh environment. I am happy w their services

They opened at 9am yet no one was there. I waited 15 minutes until someone showed up. I was totally annoyed. The girl who finally did my nails was very sweet and polite.

Hannah Nails is always packed and the way the owner speaks to the workers there makes everybody feel very uncomfortable. He belittles them talks rudely to them it’s just extremely uncomfortable and there’s like a gazillion staff members. For example when the one girl came to get a nail polish he just yelled at her to “get away from me”and “you’re bothering me go away from all these customers” I felt embarrassed for her.
