I love the way they do my nails BUT… They are very reluctant to do acrylic nails with gel polish. Last time I went I was told my nails were too weak for acrylic and I should get powder, which I declined. Today I went I was told I have strong beautiful nails and that I don’t need acrylic? Powder is better? I was quoted a price of $65. The owner attempted to do a fill in after I asked for a soak off and new set, even though several of my nails were lifted and we had already agreed on the service I came in for. She told me my my nails would take too long to do. (I came in at 4pm) She then attempted to pop off my previous set off by prying them off with a card. I told her no 3 times until she gave up! She then came back and told me my nails that she had previously quoted $65 for would be $80. For what? Didn’t feel like tipping but the woman doing my nails was very gentle. Every time I go it is a different price! Please when I come in just do what I ask for and stop changing the price! If I wanted to pop off my nails I would do so at home and not be paying you to do them. Really disappointed with the inconsistency. Otherwise they do great nails. How is it that if I pay cash you can charge me $10 less than if I use my card? Just for reference this set cost $85 not including tip.

girlll let me tell you. hana nails has you looking RIGHT. i’ve gotten manipedis numerous times from this place and they always have you looking cute. i asked for a milky French white powder, and it came it looking like an angel was sent from heaven and did my nails . PLEASE TIP THE EMPLOYEES ! they make sure your hands look and feel amazing. god bless hana nails .

Great people here at Hana Nails. The powder gel last for 3 weeks or more. I have gone to many salons I like their work here. Polite and gentle and they listen to what you want. The only thing is that plenty of customers ignore all the signs posted about “No Cell Phones” and want everyone to hear their business and that is quite annoying and disrespectful to the rest of the clientele. I suppose they want to feel so important by being on the phone and sooo loudly as if everyone WANTS to hear their drama. It’s a nail salon people want to go and relax while getting their stuff done! So that’s the only downfall people don’t respect the owners rules and ignore that there are other people there, they’re NOT Home. It’s just people being ignorant and selfish.

NEVER waste your money here! This lady literally filed down my nails, and just washed off my feet and called it a pedicure and charged me for it too. All she did was polish. She rushed just to move on to the next walk in customer. Extremely disappointed!!!! I wasted my money!!!!! Certainly NOT WORTH IT! Her name is Kelly! DONT GO TO HER!

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT go into this place! The girl doing my pedi hurt me so badly I had to go see a podiatrist because my pinky toe would not stop bleeding for weeks. The doctor explained that the person doing my pedi went into deep causing the tissue of my toe to hang out which cause the constant bleeding. It has been now three months and after getting a procedure done on my toe it’s staring to finally heal. Again, I would never return to this place if they paid me.

I usually go for the powder gel manicure and gel pedicure. I had a few uncomfortable experiences when I fist started going there but I decided to keep giving this nail salon chances since it’s really close to my home. I prefer when Kelly does my dipping powder manicure because she takes her time and she knows what she is doing. Yesterday I had another tech doing my nails and the moment she sat down to do she had an attitude and she looked like she was being forced to do it. I like the nail salon but sometimes people in there do not have a welcoming vibe. I pay a decent amount of money to get my nails done in that salon and the least they can do is take their time to do it right and don’t look like you want to beat the customer up. Hopefully they change their way and I will give it another chance.

They service a lot of clients, especially with a nursing home directly across the street, so having some patience would be beneficial. I’ve never waited longer than 20 mins. Nice clean place. My ties look beautiful but for $49+ tip ,I don’t expect to have to use my pedi machine on my foot to remove dead skin. Worker was very pleasant.

Majority of the time have had a good experience. Recently they charged me an extra $5 because I changed the color nail polish I chose after they started painting one nail. I could see if they did a full hand or more. Also $20 for a regular pedicure is way too much. Nothing special.
