Extremely horrible experience. Within 5 minutes of my friend and I getting our spa pedicures and manicures, the manager started yelling at a customer. He continued to do this for the entire hour that we were there. The customer said she was there the day before and that her nails turned yellow from her gel manicure treatment. She asked the manager to fix them as she was there only 24 hours ago. She was extremely pleasant and nonconfrontational. She just seemed to wanted her nails fixed. The manager yelled at her saying she was pulling a scam and that it was her fault and that he would not fix them. She was calm and then asked for her money back, which was $95.00. He refused to do this. He then continued to scream at her and called her a thief. The clients in the spa kept telling him to be quiet as he was really making a scene and making it uncomfortable for the customers. He ignored all of the customers and continued to berate this poor woman. Most customers left and said they would never return. Finally, this poor customer called the police. They came and helped her. So for the entire time we were there, all we heard was yelling at this poor woman and then the police. All for $95.00. The salon must have lost over $400 in business just in the time we were there as most people left and swore they would never come back. Unfortunately we were in the middle of a pedicure and could not leave. It seems customer service is the exact opposite of what this salon offers. They do not seem to care that they provided a bad service and made no attempt to fix it. Instead, they blamed the customer and tried to humiliate her. Thank god for the police.

I go here every two weeks. I love everyone who works here. They are all so friendly. They always seem sanitary and they are willing to change out colors or redo if you don’t like it. They give great massages too! I’ve never had a real problem here. I’ve tried many other nail places on the island but I’ve always come back to this one and will keep going back!

Our experience was horrific. It was the day before my birthday and party and I went to the salon in hopes of having nice nails for it. My Pedicure went pretty smoothly expect for the fact that i got white nail polish splotches on my skin. When it was time for my manicure, My nails got cut too short and rigid. The lady that was helping me did not do a good job (to say the least). She kept going over the sides of my nail and made my nails look MUCH wider than they were. Once again, there were paint splotches all over my skin. When I finished, I asked to get it a little cleaned up and at first she was reluctant but then she agreed. I asked her to fix my thumb and she said, “No it looks fine”, even though it was not good AT ALL. When she finished “fixing” my nails it still looked terrible.

I will never go back even though it’s really convenient. My usual nail place is being renovated and it’s been over 2 weeks and I needed my dip gel polish removed and re-done. So I called a few local places to see if 1- they did this service and 2- the price.

My go to place when I am not in Palm Beach. I’m very fussy and these people are great. I get a dip manicure every 2 1/2 weeks and never get a chip in Between. Gentle and professional and sanitary.

The place had a weird smell to it, and I was over charged. First she charged me for a full set when I only go a fill and she charged me for a 10min message that she didn’t ask me if I wanted. And I wasn’t aware of anything until I got the bill. Also the called my mom rude in front of me! Very disappointed
