Worst French manicure ever! Do not waste your time and money on this salon. I told the technician that he needed to fix the shape of the white tips from the beginning and he totally ignored me! Then he saw how unhappy I was with the service and didn’t charge me the extra money for the manicure. I paid $45 + tip for this horrible service! Never again!

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismMy daughter had a pedicure which was good. My gel manicure was just okay. Not professional. My granddaughter, 4 years old, was getting a manicure. We were all wearing masks. I asked the lady that was doing her nails, I think it was the owner, if she could put a mask on. She said, “No.” I made sure that she used the hand sanitizer after manicure. There wasn’t any plexiglass separating them. Nothing was cleaned. We would have walked out but my daughter and I were in the middle of our services. My daughter had a pedicure which was good. My gel manicure was just okay. Not professional. My granddaughter, 4 years old, was getting a manicure. We were all wearing masks. I asked the lady that was doing her nails, I think it was the owner, if she could put a mask on. She said, “No.” I made sure that she used the hand sanitizer after manicure. RUDE. So unfriendly and arrogant. They’re the only nail place in Amagansett so they obviously get good business no matter how poorly they value their customers (so it seems).
