Great first time experience. I’ve had a common style of hair cut and because of the business model I allowed the stylist to give her opinion on a hair cut style that would fit me. She had the expertise and skill set to give me a great hair style. Alicia was extremely personable and made the experience pleasant. I would definitely be returning, maybe for some of the other options they offer.

It’s a huge plus knowing I don’t have to wonder if my haircut is going to be right each and every time because Lindsay always made sure everything was perfect. I had my beard trimmed and lined up with a straight razor. Did a great job. Then went to the next room for a manicure and pedicure. I did the big daddy and it was great. I went for the first time with my 92 year old father-in-law. He was in desperate need of a haircut and a good shave, and he came out looking like a million bucks! I had a shave as well and found it to be excellent! I would consider joining, but I also have a custom treatment where my hair is colored every month. I’m not sure if you offer that service or not. It’s a very subtle and custom blend of color that is not obvious, which is why I would be hesitant to make the switch for haircuts. I will do a pedicure next time!

I have been to H&N Laguna Niguel a few times now (two haircuts and a pedicure). The staff is great – flexible and very communicative with making or changing appointments. The stylists and nail techs I have used are great as well. They know what they’re doing, are very friendly, and seem to really enjoy working there (that says a lot). Highly recommended.

I’ve been wanting to come here for awhile after seeing the business pitch on Shark Tank. Now that I live closer, I finally decided to get a haircut here. It was a great experience and Tiffany gave me a great cut! I’m always a bit anxious getting a haircut from a new barber or stylist, but she took my instructions very well and clarified any confusions before going off her own judgement. I also got a shampoo and massage with my haircut which is definitely appreciated. I hate cleaning my head after a haircut so anytime I can get it shampoo’d by the stylist, I do. The only nitpick I have is to not cheap out on the beverages. The complimentary water, while a nice touch, tasted worse than my tap water at home. Overall, the staff was very friendly, attentive and because I had a good experience I decided to get a membership as well. The membership terms are flexible which is nice to see and I hope the service continues to be great as I’ll be coming back here regularly!
