Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment for a 1 hour massage with salt scrub, from a Groupon I recieved as a gift. They called me before my appointment to make sure I was coming. When I got in they were talking about who was doing to massage me. Then during the massage the lady that was I believe the receptionist maybe owner which was the one massaging me stopped 2 times to answer text messages, 2 times to answer her cell phone to book an appointment, left my room 4 times to assist with others while leaving my door open, and twice screaming through the door while another worker asked her a question. She hurt in the beginning but after awhile would have been relaxing if my massage wasn’t interrupted so many times. I do not recommend here because not only her but other workers had no respect for me. I made an appointment for a 1 hour massage with salt scrub, from a Groupon I recieved as a gift. They called me before my appointment to make sure I was coming. She took the time to figure out where my tension was and did an amazing job working out that tension for me. I felt a headache coming on from tension in my neck and shoulders, Helen just saved my Saturday night! I feel light as a feather and my tension is gone! Can’t wait to come back next time.
