I should of listened to my cousin who’s been living in this area for 30 years when she told me not to go to this business… I’ve been living and owning a business in this area for the 2 almost 3 years… this is the only nail salon in area … ONLY REASON IT HAS BUSINESS.. horrible customer service… I’m never happy with my nails or eyebrows and I spend 200 every trip… they never can do something I ask … like today I asked could she soak my nails off … (because she drilled them down so bad from fill ins) she said it would take 3 hours so she refused …. another customer said probably with the cheap stuff they use… #1 never tell your customers what you can’t do … offer what you can do … take my money better places… you get what you pay for… this is the worst mail service I’ve ever received in 33 years…do better 60620

One of the worst mismanaged nail salons I have ever been in. I don’t care for the belittling the owner has for her customers. Great reasons to always ask, why do we continue to keep businesses like this in our neighborhood? Through shown behavior, it’s clear how much respect they really have. Got a pedicure & I told the lady not to cut my toe nails short & she did the opposite of what I asked her to do & I became irritated. I got the French tips and they look horrible like something my baby cousin could’ve done smh never again will I go there.

This place is terrible! I’m guessing they think that since they are in the hood that we will accept shoddy service. I first went when they first opened a few years ago. The place is bright & cheerful & very clean & they were very friendly. The man that did my nails (fill in) did the overlay too thick and I asked him to make them thinner & he just couldnt get them right. They ended up too thick & uneven and there was dried acrylic all over my fingers. Didn’t go back again until 3 Weeks ago and that’s only because I was in a hurry & they’re down the street from me. This time they were perfect except for the hour wait bc only 2 people were working on a FRIDAY! So I went back yesterday(THURSDAY) for a fill in & have ONE nail repaired. Got taken care off immediately & she told me she would fix it for free and to get the Chrome nails it’s $40 TOTAL! Ok cool! She starts my nails then has another girl take over so she could do someone’s eyelashes, then they switch back a couple more times. So now I’m getting irritated at the back & forth! Well when she FINALLY finished my nails were too thick ( she fixed them) the powder that they use for Chrome was smeared on the sides of my fingers & one nail had the Chrome missing from 1/4th of the Nail and silver powder everywhere! So I asked her to fix it and she got an attitude and told me that’s the way it’s supposed to look and started yelling in that language they talk in & refused to fix it. So then she said my total is $43 instead of the original $40. So she got a verbal tongue lashing, of course she didn’t get a tip and I’m NEVER going back there!! That’s what I get for cheating on my nail shop on 87th Dan Ryan! I’ve NEVER had a problem there in the 5 years I’ve been going!

They try to be friendly, are helpful with my elderly grandmother and do pretty good pedicures for these type of quick-nail places. Convenient to my house.It’ll do for now…
