I never write poor reviews so if you’re considering booking with Heather, please read this. I contacted her a couple of days before my appointment letting her know I would not be able to make my appointment due to my mother having a medical emergency with her cancer. She was rude and unprofessional about rescheduling. 2 days before my rescheduled appointment i unfortunately had to have a wake and funeral for my mother. Heather was blowing my phone up telling me I needed to confirm and that I shouldn’t hold the line for clients who “actually care about her time” when I told her I was at my mothers funeral and couldn’t talk she told me she “wasn’t a mind reader” and was extremely disgusting to me. I have never in my life dealt with someone so horrendous. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give less than 1star I would.

Critical: ProfessionalismOwner is extremely rude and not willing to make take the time to work with a potential regular customer to find a time that works for both parties. Not only was she willing to consider working something out with me but she was very condescending about. Her last words to me was, “I hope you never call me again”. Don’t worry. Owner is extremely rude and not willing to make take the time to work with a potential regular customer to find a time that works for both parties. Not only was she willing to consider working something out with me but she was very condescending about. Her last words to me was, “I hope you never call me again”. Don’t worry.
